- A port information sharing platform with single-window-based heterogeneous system linkage capabilities that shares cargo and operation information through heterogeneous system linkage functions for loading and unloading operations in bulk ports, and transmits data in real-time to personnel of vessels and related companies via a single-window-based platform.
Description
Port information sharing platform with single window vased heterogeneous system connection function Port information sharing platform with single window vased heterogeneous system connection function <0001> The present invention relates to a port information sharing platform with a single-window-based heterogeneous system linkage function, and more specifically, to a port information sharing platform that shares real-time data with direct and indirect personnel, such as ships and related companies, by utilizing heterogeneous system linkage technology for distributed legacy systems related to ports. <0002> A Single Window is a system that enables all parties to submit standardized information and documents from a single input point. It is an environment that integrates functions to meet the requirements of participating organizations and shares services to allow relevant stakeholders to collaborate and interact. <0003> In particular, Single Window technology was first discussed between the 1980s and 1990s, a period of explosive growth in trade volume, and the World Customs Organization (WCO) established specific measures for implementing Single Window. The United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT), established for the purpose of cooperation and standard development for Single Window, categorizes Single Window technology into five stages of development: Stage 1: Paperless Customs, establishing an electronic customs clearance system at the Korea Customs Service, the frontline of trade procedures; Stage 2: Regulatory Single Window, a stage of digitized regulatory management and information integration; Stage 3: Port Community System, establishing an integrated logistics information system centered on airports and seaports; Stage 4: Fully Integrated, expanding regional services for ports into a national-level integrated platform; and Stage 5: Cross-border Platform, realizing seamless electronic trade through information linkage between national platforms. Currently, a Stage 3 port information sharing system is in operation domestically. <0004> Meanwhile, Incheon Port has been implementing a single window construction project for all container terminals since 2015, realizing an economic effect of approximately 5.8 billion won over five years. Busan Port has also completed the construction of the Busan Port Chain Portal, a third-stage PCS, by introducing blockchain technology into the Port Information System (PCS) of its existing container terminals. However, there is a problem in that conventional bulk ports handling steel, grain, etc., excluding containers, mostly rely on document-based work methods and manual processing. <0005> In this regard, there is a need to establish a port information sharing platform that supports rapid decision-making regarding the work environment by linking systems developed and operated by individual companies in bulk ports and providing useful information, such as work time predictions, in real time using data accumulated through the sharing of various information among related workers. <0012> FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of a port information sharing platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram of a core technology according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a single-window based menu and screen structure diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention. <0013> The terms used in this invention have been selected to be as widely used as possible; however, in specific cases, terms have been arbitrarily selected by the applicant. In such cases, the meaning should be understood by considering the meaning described or used in the detailed description of the invention, rather than merely the name of the term. <0014> Hereinafter, the technical configuration of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments illustrated in the attached drawings. <0015> However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described herein and may be embodied in other forms. <0016> FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram for explaining a port information sharing platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, it supports business processing for the entire import and export process of a bulk port and includes the construction of a single-window based platform for smooth communication among related companies such as shipping companies, stevedoring companies, and inspection companies. <0017> FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram for explaining the core technology according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 2, the message transmission and reception function and the data transmission function between linked targets are performed through linkage with the functions of cargo handling management; ship management; cargo management; ship entry/exit management; yard management; transportation management;
