Abstract

- Heating water heated in the heating unit (10) is supplied to the heating supply pipe (12) and the heating pipe (13), and the heating return water is returned to the heating unit (10) through the heating return pipe (14), the return direction changing means (40), and the heating return pipe (14). Description
Hot water supply system of electric boiler The present invention relates to an electric boiler, and more specifically, to a hot water supply system of an electric boiler improved to supply hot water using heating water from an electric boiler. Generally, hot water is supplied using an electric instantaneous water heater as described in the patent documents of the prior art, but since this is designed to obtain hot water primarily by using heater heat, it takes a long time to heat the cold water. Therefore, there is a disadvantage in that after all the hot water in the instantaneous water heater is used, one must wait for a while for it to be heated again before hot water can be supplied, which entails the problem of not being able to use hot water continuously. Furthermore, in the case of electric boilers, using heating water as hot water entails the problem of not being able to supply clean hot water. FIG. 1 is an overall schematic diagram of a hot water supply system of an electric boiler according to the present invention. The present invention will be described in more detail below based on the attached preferred embodiments. Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention comprises a heating water heating unit (10) that heats cold water or heating return water by a pump (11) to obtain heating water. It is preferable that the heating unit (10) above be a heating unit (10) such as Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2719598, which was developed by the applicant and previously registered and published, to obtain heating water. Since the heating unit (10) of the previously registered patent has already been published, detailed drawings and descriptions are omitted. The heating water heated in the heating unit (10) is supplied to a plurality of heating pipes (13) through the heating supply pipe (12) to provide heating, and the heating return water that has passed through the heating pipes (13) is returned to the heating unit (10) through the heating return pipe (14), reheated, and supplied back to the heating pipes (13). Accordingly, the present invention is provided with a hot water supply means (20) through which heating water is supplied via a heating supply pipe (12'). As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the hot water supply means (20) is provided with a plurality of heat exchange plate members (21, 21'), and each of the heat exchange plate members (21, 21') is provided with a cold water passage hole (22) and a hot water passage hole (22') on the upper side, and on the opposite side from the cold and hot water passage holes (22, 22'), a heating water passage hole (23) and a heating return water passage hole (23') are provided, respectively, and a contact surface portion (24) is provided around the cold and hot water passage holes (22, 22') and the heating water and heating return water passage holes (23, 23'), respectively, and a communication groove (25) is formed in the contact surface portion (24) of one heat exchange plate member (21), and a communication groove (25) is also formed in the contact surface portion (24) of another heat exchange plate member (21') adjacent to the one heat exchange plate member (21). By configuring it to be formed, it is configured to be connected to the heating water circulation hole (26) and the hot and cold water circulation hole (26'), respectively.
