Abstract

A method is disclosed in which a device providing a medical institution information sharing service platform provides a medical institution matching service suitable for users. (a) receiving a medical institution matching request including information about users from a user terminal; (b) obtaining personal information and health information of each user from the user terminal, identifying the conditions of the medical institution desired by each user, and generating information on a pre-set number of medical institutions in order of priority. and (c) a step of transmitting the finally selected medical institution information among the generated medical institution information to the users'terminals; wherein step (b) is performed by first generating medical institution information that matches the first condition, which is the highest priority among the medical institution conditions obtained from the user terminal, and secondly generating medical institution information that also matches the second condition, which is the second priority based on the first generated medical institution information, thereby finally generating nth medical institution information that matches the nth condition, which is the lowest priority among the medical institution conditions desired by the user; and step (c) is characterized by, if there is no reply within a first threshold period from the time when the medical institution information generated in step (b) is provided to the user terminal, selecting a predetermined number of medical institutions among the nth generated medical institution information in order of being most frequently used by users within a predetermined radius based on location information received from the user terminal and transmitting them to the user terminal. According to the present invention, the public nature of care services can be enhanced by carefully selecting care institutions through an evaluation process and providing users with objective information about the selected institutions. Furthermore, instead of connecting users with private caregivers, objective and quantitative information about care institutions can be provided to users, thereby assisting them in directly selecting a suitable care institution. Additionally, user (customer) satisfaction and trust can be secured by ranking the grades of care institutions through evaluation procedures, such as self-evaluations and/or institutional evaluation reports, based on objective information about the institutions. Moreover, user convenience can be enhanced by enabling the use of government-issued elderly welfare vouchers.

The above step (c) is, A method for providing a medical institution information sharing service platform, characterized in that if there is no reply within a first threshold period from the time when the medical institution information generated in step (b) above is provided to the user terminal, a predetermined number of medical institutions are selected in order of the most frequently used by users within a predetermined radius based on location information received from the user terminal among the nth generated medical institution information, and transmitted to the user terminal.
  2. In Article 1, (d) a step of providing a chat room function capable of communication between the above users to the user terminal; further comprising a method for providing a nursing institution information sharing service platform.
  3. In Paragraph 1 or 2, (e) a step of quantifying the evaluation results for the medical institution by evaluating the selected medical institution through feedback from users who have used the selected medical institution; further comprising a method for providing a medical institution information sharing service platform.
  4. In Article 1, A method for providing a medical institution information sharing service platform characterized by verifying the final service cost resulting from the use of the medical institution and paying the final service cost using a user-specific voucher registered in advance.
  5. A healthcare institution information sharing service platform providing device implemented in a computing device comprising one or more processors and one or more memories storing instructions executable by said processors, Group 1 of medical institutions possessing information on multiple medical institutions that have passed the prescribed medical institution evaluation procedure; A reception unit that receives a medical institution matching application by obtaining multiple conditions for a medical institution desired by a user from a user terminal connected to a medical institution information sharing service platform providing device, and setting priorities for the multiple conditions; A generating unit that generates information on a pre-set number of medical institutions in order of priority for a medical institution matching application obtained from the above user terminal; and A transmission unit that transmits the finally selected medical institution information among the generated medical institution information to a user terminal; The above generation unit performs by first generating medical institution information that matches the first condition, which is the highest priority among the medical institution conditions obtained from the user terminal, and secondly generating medical institution information that also matches the second condition, which is the second priority, based on the medical institution information generated in the first generation, thereby finally generating n-th level medical institution information that matches the n-th condition, which is the lowest priority among the medical institution conditions desired by the user. A device for providing a medical institution information sharing service platform, characterized in that, if there is no reply within a first threshold period from the time when the medical institution information generated by the generation unit is provided to the user terminal, the transmission unit selects a predetermined number of medical institutions in order of the most frequently used by users within a predetermined radius based on location information received from the user terminal among the n-th generated medical institution information and transmits them to the user terminal.
  6. In Paragraph 5, A device for providing a nursing institution information sharing service platform, characterized by further including: a second group of nursing institutions having information on nursing institutions that have obtained a certain score or higher in the quantified evaluation results, which evaluates the selected nursing institutions based on user feedback from the selected nursing institutions and regular evaluation reports of long-term care institutions, and quantifies the evaluation results for the nursing institutions.
  7. In Paragraph 6, A method for providing a medical institution information sharing service platform, further comprising: a cost settlement unit that checks the final service cost resulting from the use of the medical institution and pays the final service cost using a user-specific voucher registered in advance by the user.

Description

Method and the apparatus of providing service platform for sharing information on nursing facilities The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing a service platform for sharing information on medical institutions, and more specifically, to a method and apparatus for providing a service platform for sharing information on medical institutions that strengthens the public nature of care services by carefully selecting medical institutions through an evaluation procedure and providing objective information about the selected institutions to users. With the increase in the elderly population, conflicts regarding family caregiving are intensifying, leading to a continuous stream of problems. Consequently, as the suffering of family caregivers grows, there is a growing need for assistance from long-term care agencies; however, a social atmosphere is forming where people are psychologically reluctant to utilize these facilities due to a lack of accurate information and negative portrayals in the media. In particular, since hospitalization at long-term care facilities spans an extended period, unlike general hospitals, the patient's living environment and care costs serve as crucial factors to consider when selecting an institution. Accordingly, prior to admission, it is necessary to make a selection by comprehensively and multifacetedly considering the medical environment, types of medical care, safety facilities, hospital facilities, services, and estimated costs provided by the facility.
