KR-20260065710-A - Spring Fixed Frame for vinyl Greenhouse House
Abstract
The present invention relates to a spring-fixed frame member for a greenhouse, and more specifically, to a spring-fixed frame member for a greenhouse that improves the fixing force of the greenhouse and increases durability by forming a fixing steel pipe in a vertical frame forming a tunnel-type or roof-type vinyl greenhouse and fixing the vinyl by fastening it with a spring and a pressing plate, and also facilitates the installation of front and back finishing and doors of the vinyl greenhouse, as well as facilitating the additional installation of many functional parts such as sprinklers and sunshades. Accordingly, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a steel pipe section having a separating piece formed in the center of the steel pipe and connecting pieces protruding on both sides of the inner surface of the steel pipe; a fixing section having a contact piece formed in the outer center of the steel pipe of the steel pipe section so as to extend from the separating piece, a fixing pipe formed on both sides of the contact piece so as to insert a vinyl and a fixing spring, and an insertion hole formed on the outer surface of the fixing pipe; and a separating section having a separating piece formed in the outer center of the fixing pipe of the fixing section so as to extend from the contact piece.

Description
Spring Fixed Frame for Vinyl Greenhouse The present invention relates to a spring-fixed frame member for a greenhouse, and more specifically, to a spring-fixed frame member for a greenhouse that improves the fixing force of the greenhouse and increases durability by forming a fixing steel pipe in a vertical frame forming a tunnel-type or roof-type vinyl greenhouse and fixing the vinyl by fastening it with a spring and a pressing plate, and also facilitates the installation of front and back finishing and doors of the vinyl greenhouse, as well as facilitating the additional installation of many functional parts such as sprinklers and sunshades. In general, vinyl greenhouses are widely used by farmers because they allow for the cultivation of various crops that could not be grown at low temperatures, as the interior space is isolated from the external environment and provides high thermal insulation. They also have the advantages of being easy to install and dismantle, and having low installation costs. In such vinyl greenhouses, the vertical frames (rafter pipes) are made by bending metal pipes; the ends of the metal pipes are straightened, and the center is bent into an arch shape to form an arch section. The above vertical frames (rafter pipes) for the vinyl greenhouse are arranged at regular intervals in the farmland to form a tunnel structure, and a fixing member capable of fixing vinyl is horizontally fixed to the vertical frames of the tunnel structure so that vinyl is inserted into the fixing member, and a spring steel is inserted into the fixing member on the outside of the inserted vinyl so that vinyl is covered and fixed, thereby forming a vinyl greenhouse. A conventional typical frame for a vinyl greenhouse as described above is proposed in Patent Registration No. 816899. The above-described frame for a vinyl greenhouse comprises a rod-shaped vertical frame, a U-shaped beam-shaped horizontal frame, a fastening screw that fastens the horizontal frame to the vertical frame by having one end penetrate the horizontal frame and fasten it to the vertical frame, a vinyl covering the vertical frame and the horizontal frame, and a horizontal bar that pushes the vinyl into the interior of the horizontal frame to secure it. However, regarding the metal pipe frames for vinyl greenhouses mentioned above, if the snow accumulated on the vinyl surface was not cleared in time during heavy snowfall, the greenhouse frequently bent and eventually collapsed because it could not withstand the weight of the snow, requiring the separate installation of U-shaped horizontal beam frames. In addition, the entrance doors formed at both ends of the vinyl greenhouse could not be securely installed on the circular metal pipes, and there was a problem with construction difficulties as they had to be installed using multiple clips on the circular metal pipes. Meanwhile, the vinyl in the greenhouse could not be fixed to the vertical frame and was only fixed to the horizontal frame at both ends of the greenhouse, resulting in weak fixing strength. Furthermore, since there was no method to treat the ends of the greenhouse, they had to be wrapped around a circular metal pipe to finish them, which was not only aesthetically unpleasing but also caused the vinyl to be easily damaged when fixed. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a spring-fixed frame member for a greenhouse according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a two-stage frame of a spring-fixed frame member for a greenhouse according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view in use showing a two-stage frame of a spring-fixed vertical frame for a vinyl greenhouse according to the present invention. In order to fully understand the present invention, the advantages of the operability of the present invention, and the objectives achieved by the implementation of the present invention, reference must be made to the accompanying drawings illustrating preferred embodiments of the present invention and the contents described in the accompanying drawings. The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to specific embodiments of the invention. The following examples are provided merely to explain the invention in more detail, and do not limit the technical scope of the invention. (Example) Figure 1 attached is a perspective view showing a spring-fixed frame member for a greenhouse according to the present invention. As described herein, the spring-fixed frame member for a greenhouse according to the present invention comprises a steel pipe section (10) that supports a frame used as a vertical frame of a vinyl greenhouse, a fixing section (20) that can fix vinyl (V) to the outside of the steel pipe section (10), and a separating section (30) that can separate a sunshade, etc., from vinyl (V) to the outside of the fixing section (20). The above-described steel pipe section (10) forms a partition section (12) in the
