KR-20260065714-A - Food tray feeding apparatus for food tray washer
Abstract
The present invention relates to a tray feeding device for a tray washer, installed on one side of the tray washer, for sequentially feeding trays requiring washing one by one. More specifically, the invention relates to a tray feeding pivot shaft that is elastically deflected to rotate to the left when an attachment provided at regular intervals on a rotary-driven conveyor chain is caught on an attachment catch of the tray feeding pivot shaft and passes through, and the tray feeding pivot shaft rotates to the right, and drive links protruding from both ends of the tray feeding pivot shaft push and move a left-right reciprocating rod to the right, thereby causing a tray sequential feeding roller to reciprocate left and right within a certain angle range in conjunction with the left-right reciprocating rod, so as to sequentially drop and feed the bottom layer of the trays among the stacked trays one by one. In addition, when the tray sequential feeding roller rotates to the left, an arc-shaped lower wing protruding from one side of the lower outer surface of the tray sequential feeding roller supports a plurality of stacked trays. The present invention relates to a tray feeding device for a tray washing machine, wherein, when the tray sequential feeding roller is protruded and rotates to the right, an arc-shaped upper wing protruding from the upper side of the outer surface of the tray sequential feeding roller penetrates between the bottom tray and the tray immediately above it among the vertically stacked trays, thereby separating and dropping the bottom tray, and thereby enabling trays to be fed smoothly in sequence without the occurrence of accidents such as malfunction, arbitrary stop, or breakdown through a relatively simple structure in which the conveying chain is linked to the rotational drive without providing a separate driving force.

Description
Food tray feeding apparatus for food tray washer The present invention relates to a tray feeding device for a tray washer, installed on one side of the tray washer, for sequentially feeding trays requiring washing one by one. Generally, when serving group meals at places such as schools, cafeterias, and rest areas, trays are left with a large amount of food residue even after the leftovers have been roughly disposed of during serving and after the meal. Therefore, to remove food residue stuck to the trays, a tray washer is used that sprays washing water while simultaneously using brushes to clean the remaining food residue. As an example of such a tray washer, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1129371 (March 26, 2012) comprises: a main body having an inlet for a tray on one side and an outlet for discharging the tray on the other side; a conveyor for transporting the tray from the inlet to the outlet of the main body; a tray separation supply unit comprising a plurality of tray separation shafts rotatably installed on both sides of the conveyor and a separation guide each spirally wound and fixed to the outer circumference of the tray separation shafts, wherein when each tray separation shaft rotates, the side of the lowest layer tray placed on the separation guide is inserted into the gap of each separation guide to separate it from the trays stacked on the separation guide and supply it to the conveyor; and a tray leveling detection unit for detecting the horizontal state of the tray supplied from the tray separation supply unit and placed on the conveyor. A food tray washer is disclosed, characterized by including a washing unit having a plurality of brushes installed between the inlet and outlet of the main body to wash the food tray transported by the conveyor. In addition, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1575151 (December 7, 2015) describes a housing forming an exterior; a tray input unit including a support unit installed on one side of the housing and supporting a stacked tray, and a plurality of spiral cams arranged oppositely to separate the stacked trays one by one and move them from a stacking position to a washing position; a tray washing unit installed inside the housing and washing the trays one by one; a tray discharge unit for discharging the trays washed in the tray washing unit; a tray transfer unit for transferring the trays from the tray input unit, through the tray washing unit, to the tray discharge unit; and a light sensor installed between the bottom surface of the blade of the spiral cam and the top surface of the tray input unit, wherein if a phenomenon occurs in which the tray gets caught on one of the plurality of spiral cams, the illumination light is blocked by the tray and a jamming signal is generated accordingly. A food tray washing machine is disclosed, comprising a food tray basket installed at the rear end of the food tray discharge section to collect the food trays coming out of the food tray discharge section. The food tray feeding device applied to the aforementioned conventional food tray washer has a structure in which, while a plurality of stacked food trays are supported in a horizontal state, food trays are automatically dropped one by one sequentially to a conveyor installed in the food tray w
