Description

Warehouse Building The present invention relates to a warehouse building. Generally, various food ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood are stored in cold storage facilities equipped with refrigeration or freezing facilities to maintain freshness during distribution. Since these cold storage facilities must always maintain the interior of the warehouse where goods are stored at a low temperature below a certain level (e.g., 15°C or lower), it is necessary to install insulation structures on the floors and walls. Conventionally, insulation structures for cold storage warehouses were constructed by spraying polyurethane at the construction site. However, insulation structures produced by this spraying method had low compressive strength, which caused them to easily break or collapse under the load of numerous items placed inside the warehouse and the rack structures on which the items were stacked. Consequently, this resulted in problems such as cracking of the finishing material (e.g., plain concrete) poured on top of the insulation structure and floor subsidence. FIG. 1 is an exemplary perspective view of a warehouse building according to one embodiment. FIG. 2 is an exemplary perspective view of the interior of a warehouse building according to one embodiment. FIG. 3 is an exemplary cross-sectional view of the interior of a warehouse building according to one embodiment. Figure 4 is an enlarged view of part A of Figure 3. FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a part of the base of a warehouse building according to one embodiment. FIG. 6 is an exemplary perspective view of a first insulating section forming part of the insulating layer. Figure 7 is a reference diagram for explaining a reinforcing member installed at the bottom of a post frame. FIGS. 8 to 12 are cross-sectional views illustrating the construction sequence of the base and rack assembly of a warehouse building according to one embodiment. Prior to the detailed description of the embodiments, terms and words used in this specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, but should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of this disclosure, based on the principle that the inventor may appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention. Accordingly, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of this disclosure and do not represent all of the technical spirit of this disclosure; therefore, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace them may exist at the time of filing this application. In the following description, singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Terms such as "comprising" or "constituting" are intended to specify the existence of the features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof described in the specification, and should be understood as not precluding the existence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof. Furthermore, it should be noted in advance that expressions such as upper side, top, lower side, bottom, side, front, and rear in the following description are based on the direction depicted in the drawings, and may be expressed differently if the direction of the object changes. The shapes and sizes of elements in the drawings may be exaggerated for clearer explanation. Hereinafter, a warehouse building (10) according to embodiments will be described with reference to the attached drawings. FIG. 1 is an exemplary perspective view of a warehouse building (10) according to one embodiment. FIG. 2 is an exemplary perspective view of the interior of a warehouse building (10) according to one embodiment. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the warehouse building (10) may include a base (100) forming the floor of the warehouse building (10), a warehouse column (200) positioned above the base (100) to provide structural rigidity to the warehouse building (10) in the height direction (e.g., Z-axis direction), and an outer wall (300) connected to the base (100) and surrounding the warehouse interior space (loading space). In the embodiments, the warehouse building (10) may be a low-temperature warehouse capable of freezing or refrigerating cargo (P). In this case, to enhance the thermal insulation effect of the warehouse building (10), an insulation layer made of an insulating material with very low thermal conductivity may be placed on the base (100) and the outer wall (300). For example, the base (100) and the outer wall (300) of the warehouse building (10) may be structured such that a concrete support layer with high structural rigidity and an insulation layer made of an insulating material with excellent thermal insulation
