Abstract

The present application relates to a loose-leaf notebook comprising a binder and a cover, wherein the binder comprises at least one group of first clamping claws and second clamping claws, and the first clamping claws and second clamping claws may be closed or separated in a corresponding manner, and the binder is located on the outside of the cover and connected to the cover, and the first clamping claws and second clamping claws are inserted into the interior of the cover to secure perforated paper. In the loose-leaf notebook of the present application, since the binder is installed on the outside of the cover and does not overlap with the lower side of the loose-leaf paper inside the cover, discomfort to the hand is prevented when writing, and when the loose-leaf paper is unfolded, it rests directly on the cover, so there is no flat or raised feeling, and the user experience is good.

Description

Loose-leaf notes This application claims priority to a patent application filed with the National Intellectual Property Administration of China on October 29, 2024, with application number 2024226183559 and title of invention "Loose Leaf Note". This application relates to the field of stationery technology, and more precisely to loose-leaf notebooks. Loose-leaf notebooks are popular among the public because they allow for easy addition or removal of paper pages. However, most binders in commercially available loose-leaf notebooks are locked by snap fastening clips on both sides. Consequently, when replacing loose-leaf pages or adding or removing paper, the locked clips on both sides must be pressed firmly to unlock and open the binder, making operation inconvenient. Additionally, loose-leaf notebooks are typically equipped with covers made of relatively rigid materials for writing convenience. Since the binders in most commercially available loose-leaf notebooks are installed on the inside of the cover, when the paper is unfolded, the inside of the paper overlaps with the binder. Furthermore, the binder positioned beneath the paper creates an uneven surface, causing discomfort to the hand, and when writing on the side of the paper, it feels as though the paper is lifting, resulting in a poor user experience. FIG. 1 is an exploded view of Example 1 of the binder of the loose-leaf notebook of the present application. Figure 2 is an enlarged view of the structure of area A in Figure 1. Figure 3 is an enlarged view of the structure of area B in Figure 1. Figure 4 is an enlarged view of the structure of the first sliding groove of Figure 1. FIG. 5 is an exploded view of Example 2 of the binder of the loose-leaf notebook of the present application. FIG. 6 is an exploded view of Example 3 of the binder of the loose-leaf notebook of the present application. FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a loose leaf knot of the present application. FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of the internal structure of the loose leaf notebook of the present application. To better understand the present application, each aspect of the application will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. This detailed description is merely an explanation of exemplary embodiments of the application and does not limit the scope of the application in any way. Throughout the specification, the same reference numerals denote the same elements. For the sake of convenience of explanation, the thickness, size, and shape of the objects in the drawings have been slightly exaggerated. The drawings are for illustrative purposes only and were not drawn according to strict proportions. Furthermore, it should be understood that when the terms “comprehensive,” “equipped,” “included,” and “included” are used herein, they indicate the presence of the feature, whole, step, operation, element, and/or component, but do not exclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, whole, step, operation, element, component, and/or combinations thereof. Additionally, when an expression such as “...at least one” appears following a list of listed features, it modifies the entire listed feature, not an individual element among the listed features. Example 1 As illustrated in FIG. 1, the binder of the loose-leaf notebook of the present application comprises a bracket (1), a pull lever (2), a first clamping part (3), and a second clamping part (4), wherein the second clamping part (4) is fixedly installed on the bracket (1), and in this embodiment, the second clamping part (4) and the bracket (1) have an integrated structure, and the first clamping part (3) is provided with several semi-circular first clamping claws (3-1), and the second clamping part (4) is provided with several semi-circular second clamping claws (4-1). As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, a pull lever slideway (1-5) is provided along the longitudinal direction of the bracket (1), and a pull lever (2) is slidably coupled within the pull lever slideway (1-5), that is, the pull lever (2) is slidably connected to the bracket (1). A first pull lever position limiting part (1-3) is provided within the pull lever slideway (1-5), and the pull lever (2) can slide upward along the pull lever slideway (1-5) until the first pull lever position limiting part (1-3) limits the position of the uppermost part of the pull lever (2). A second pull lever position limiting part (1-8) is provided on the pull lever slideway (1-5) of the bracket (1), and the second pull lever position limiting part (1-8) protrudes inwardly from the pull lever slideway (1-5), and the second pull lever position limiting part (1-8) is used to limit the position of the pull lever (2) in a direction perpendicular to the pull lever slideway (1-5); a side avoidance groove (2-7) is provided on the side of the pull lever (2), and the side avoidance groove (2-7) can avoid the second pull lever position limiting part (1-8).
