- A length-variable wire protection tube with a compressed shape; and A clip part that maintains the compressed state of the above-mentioned wire protection tube; Includes, The above-mentioned variable-length wire protection tube is, A cover portion formed in the shape of a tube having elasticity in the longitudinal direction, which is compressed or expanded, and formed to accommodate a wire inside; and A head portion provided at the end of the above-mentioned cover portion; Includes, The above cover part is, A cover body having a cover slit formed along the longitudinal direction, with one side open and a wire received inside; and A fastening part disposed at both ends of the body of the above-mentioned cover part, with one end connected to the head part; Includes, The above clip part is, A clip body spaced apart from the upper part of the compressed cover portion; and Leg portions extending downward from each corner end of the clip portion body and inserted into both ends of the cover portion to fix the cover portion so as not to increase its length; Includes, The above clip part is, A stick fastening groove formed through the body of the clip portion above; Includes more, The above cover body is, A length-variable wire protection tube unit characterized by being formed as an accordion-shaped corrugated tube and configured to have elasticity that expands when the corrugations are folded.
Description
Variable-length wire protection pipe unit having fastening structure The present invention relates to a length-variable wire protection tube unit and a method of installing the same. More specifically, it relates to a length-variable wire protection tube unit and a method of installing the same, which can cover blind spots where wire protection is difficult by installing a wire protection tube made of a material that is formed in a tube shape having elasticity in the longitudinal direction and is compressible or expandable. Generally, since high-voltage power lines supplying electricity to buildings are placed close to various structures, electric shock accidents frequently occur when workers come into close contact with or come into contact with these lines during work in close proximity to them. Furthermore, contact between electrical installations and foreign objects caused by rain, wind, and currents can lead to power outages. To prevent such electric shock and power outage accidents, insulating protective conduits for straight lines are manufactured to protect the straight sections of high-voltage power lines at construction sites and other locations, thereby contributing to ensuring the safety of workers during work in close proximity to power lines. FIG. 1 illustrates a conventional wire protection tube installed on a wire, and FIG. 2 illustrates a conventional wire protection tube. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the conventional wire protection tube (20) is manufactured as a single item with lengths of 2m and 1m. The wire protection tube (20) is composed of a head part (21) and a cover part (22), and the head part (21) is fastened to interlock with the end of the cover part (22) of another wire protection tube (20), so that the wire protection tubes (20) can be installed by connecting them to each other as shown in FIG. 1. However, the wire protection tube (20) was manufactured as a single item with a length of 2m and 1m, so it could not be perfectly installed over the entire span of the wire (10) between the poles and there was always a remaining length, resulting in a problem where there was a wire protection tube installation area (S1) and a wire protection tube non-installation area (S2). Therefore, situations frequently occur where a worker's body or metallic scaffolding comes into contact with the remaining live parts of the wire protection pipe installation area (S2) that are not protected in part of the wire (10), leading to an electric shock accident for the worker. Figure 1 is a drawing showing the appearance of a conventional wire protection pipe installed. Figure 2 illustrates a conventional wire protection tube. FIG. 3 illustrates a side view of a length-variable wire protection tube unit as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 illustrates, as an embodiment of the present invention, a side view of a length-variable wire protection tube unit showing the clip portion removed and the cover portion expanded. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the clip portion of a length-variable wire protection tube unit as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 illustrates a bottom view of a length-variable wire protection tube as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 illustrates a front view of a length-variable wire protection tube unit as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 illustrates a plan view of a length-variable wire protection tube unit with a clip portion fitted, as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 illustrates a bottom view of a length-variable wire protection tube unit with a clip portion fitted, as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10 illustrates, as an embodiment of the present invention, inserting an indirect live wire stick into the stick fastening groove of the clip part of a length-variable wire protection tube unit installed on a wire and gripping the clip part. FIG. 11 illustrates, as an embodiment of the present invention, the clip portion of a length-variable wire protection tube unit installed on a wire being separated using an indirect live-line stick. FIG. 12 illustrates, as an embodiment of the present invention, that the clip portion of a length-variable wire protection tube unit installed on a wire is separated and the cover portion expands along the wire. FIG. 13 is a flowchart of a method for installing a length-variable wire protection tube unit as an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Embodiments of the present invention may be modified in various forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited to the embodiments below. These embodiments are provided to more completely explain the present invention to those with average knowledge in the art.
