Abstract

The present invention provides a replaceable dispensing device comprising: a replaceable assembly comprising a liquid storage container, wherein a first opening is formed at a first end of the liquid storage container, and a sealing member is installed at the first opening to seal the first opening, wherein the sealing member comprises a first sheath and a guide connected to the first sheath, wherein the guide comprises a plurality of guide flaps, wherein the plurality of guide flaps are connected to each other to form a seal, and a circular thin-walled region is installed at the connection between the first sheath and the guide, and the wall thickness of the thin-walled region is smaller than the wall thickness of the first sheath and the guide flaps; and a dispensing mechanism comprising a perforating member, wherein the perforating member is for perforating the guide. The present invention allows the liquid storage container to be replaced very safely and conveniently, and prevents spillage or overflow of the material liquid by releasing the seal only after the liquid storage container is assembled to the dispensing mechanism. At the same time, the present invention can effectively reduce the risk of accidental cracking of the guide by cushioning the deformation of the thin-walled region.

Description

Replaceable distribution device The present invention relates to the technical field of packaging containers for everyday chemical products, and specifically to a replaceable dispensing device. A distribution device refers to a device for distribution and discharge, and generally includes a liquid storage assembly and a distribution assembly, with a pump and a valve being a typical distribution assembly. Since the service life of a distribution assembly is relatively long, conventional technology generally designs the liquid storage assembly as a detachable, replaceable type; thus, after the material liquid is consumed, the empty liquid storage assembly is removed, and a new liquid storage assembly filled with material liquid is assembled into the distribution assembly to allow for continued use. In the prior art, a liquid storage assembly for replacement is equipped with a sealing member (e.g., screw cap, sealing sticker) at the opening, and when replacing, the sealing member is typically removed first, and then the liquid storage assembly and the dispensing assembly are assembled. After removing the sealing member, the opening of the liquid storage assembly is exposed, and it can very easily spill or even overturn during the assembly process, which not only causes waste or contamination of the liquid material but also allows the spilled liquid material to easily corrode metal components, such as the springs of the dispensing mechanism. In addition, due to the significant impact force during transportation or accidental drops, particularly when encountering "rough delivery," the sealing members of the liquid storage assembly opening are easily damaged, causing unnecessary losses to merchants, consumers, or delivery companies.
