Description

Consultation Information Management Server Using Language Model The present invention relates to a counseling information management system, and more specifically, to a counseling information management server that utilizes a psycho-linguistic model to connect a client and a counselor using psychological counseling results. When a client engages in counseling with a counselor, a large amount of data (audio information, text information, and non-verbal information, etc.) is generated. The counselor comes to understand the client through the process of interpreting and analyzing this large amount of data. However, since the counselor must directly analyze and interpret this large amount of data, it requires a significant amount of time. Counselors must provide personalized counseling by taking into account the client's psychological state. Under existing methods, it takes a significant amount of time to fully grasp a client's complex psychological state and preferences, and to establish a customized treatment plan. Furthermore, since counselors must manage multiple clients simultaneously, it is difficult to allocate sufficient time to each individual client. Furthermore, to match an appropriate counselor based on a client's characteristics or condition, various factors such as the counselor's traits, expertise, experience, and approach must be considered. Comprehensively analyzing these diverse factors requires a significant amount of time. Traditional face-to-face counseling methods face the problem that it is difficult for all clients to access necessary counseling services in a timely manner due to geographical and time constraints. A new approach is needed to reduce the workload of counselors and improve the quality of services.
