Abstract

The skin packaging basket of the present invention comprises: a bottom portion (110) including a first wave shape (111) formed by a continuous arrangement of upper and lower concave and convex portions, and a second wave shape (112) formed adjacent to the first wave shape (111) such that the concave and convex portions are adjacent to the convex and concave portions of the first wave shape (111), respectively; and a rim portion (120) formed along the perimeter of the bottom portion (110); wherein an adhesive portion (121) is formed on the upper part of the rim portion (120) to which a film is adhered so as to enable vacuum packaging.

Claims (4)

  1. A bottom portion (110) comprising a first wave shape (111) formed with a shape in which a concave portion and a convex portion are continuously connected vertically, and a second wave shape (112) formed such that the concave portion and the convex portion are respectively adjacent to the convex portion and the concave portion of the first wave shape (111); and It includes a rim portion (120) formed along the perimeter of the bottom portion (110), and A basket for skin packaging, characterized in that an adhesive portion (121) is formed on the upper part of the above-mentioned edge portion (120) to allow for vacuum packaging, so that a film is adhered thereto.
  2. In paragraph 1, It further includes a partition (230) protruding upward from the bottom portion (110), and At least two or more receiving spaces (241, 242) are formed by the above partition (230), and An adhesive portion (231) is formed on the upper part of the above partition (230) to which a film is adhered so as to enable vacuum packaging, and A basket dedicated to skin packaging, characterized in that the adhesive portion (121) of the above-mentioned edge portion (120) and the adhesive portion (231) of the above-mentioned partition (230) are continuously connected to each other and form a single plane so that the film comes into contact with both adhesive portions (121, 221) simultaneously.
  3. In paragraph 2, It further includes a groove-shaped cutout (232) formed along the longitudinal direction of the adhesive portion (231), and A back basket for skin packaging, characterized in that the film has a dotted line formed in an area corresponding to the cut portion (232), and when the cut portion (232) is bent by an external force, the cut portion (232) and the dotted line are each cut, thereby separating adjacent receiving spaces (241, 242).
  4. In paragraph 3, A basket for skin packaging, characterized in that the bottom portion (110) further includes a flat portion (113) having a predetermined area capable of displaying a character or shape.

Description

Lattan Basket for Skin Packaging The present invention relates to a basket dedicated to skin packaging, and more specifically, to a basket dedicated to skin packaging that prevents moisture evaporation and spoilage by vacuum packaging the meat so that it is not exposed to air, prevents the meat from being damaged by impact during distribution while maintaining the shape of the basket, allows the skin packaging to be maintained even if some meat remains after use by partitioning the meat storage space, and enables a large-capacity container compared to existing skin packaging containers. Figure 1 is a photograph illustrating a conventional basket. Generally, a rattan basket refers to a basket used to gift items such as beef, pork, chicken, duck, fish, and seafood. These baskets are made from tree trunks, and the craft is also referred to as rattan craft. Rattan handicraft is a craft that utilizes the stems of rattan trees, which are climbing plants belonging to the palm family in botanical classification. Because the stems are sturdy yet flexible and easy to handle, they are suitable for making a variety of crafts. For this reason, it is gaining great popularity as a handmade craft and is receiving significant attention after being featured on a variety show on a certain broadcasting station. As mentioned earlier, rattan crafts involve making items (crafts) using rattan tree stems (hereinafter referred to as "rattan cores"), and the variety of items that can be made is endless as long as you have rattan cores, scissors, an awl, a specialized knife, and a spray bottle. For example, not only can you make coasters, cup holders, baskets, and wreaths, but you can also make household items such as lampshades, tissue cases, and picnic baskets. Furthermore, by adding other materials, you can even make bags (household items) such as handbags and shoulder bags. As shown in Fig. 1, it is common to use a wicker basket when packaging high-quality beef as a gift. However, since the wicker basket is made of tree trunks and has numerous pores, it was difficult to seal the contents. As shown in Fig. 1, to seal the meat, it was common practice to place the meat in the wicker basket and then wrap it multiple times with plastic wrap. In this case, it was difficult to achieve a perfect seal, and problems arose where external foreign substances were sealed along with the meat during the process of manually wrapping each piece with plastic wrap. Skin vacuum packaging technology was introduced to seal the contents. Generally, when storing vegetables, fruits, and berries classified as natural foods, as well as food delivered from restaurants, they are typically placed in food containers and then sealed using a food packaging sealing machine. In other words, the process involves placing food inside a food container, placing a plastic film over it, and then heat-sealing the plastic film to the rim of the food container to seal it. Recently, automatic packaging machinery has been developed to package food quickly and automatically. A skin packaging machine is a type of outer packaging machine that places a solid item to be packaged on a base sheet, such as paper, cardboard, or a plastic sheet, covers it with a preheated plastic film to degas it, and then strongly adheres the film to the shape of the item to bond the film around the base sheet. It is also known as a vacuum sealing machine. This vacuum sealing packaging machine is a packaging method that adheres to a base sheet by heating and softening the plastic film, and then degassing the base sheet under reduced pressure to strongly press the plastic film against the product to be packaged and the base sheet. Exhausting is the removal of air from an object or environment and is of significant importance in the manufacture of processed foods. By removing air from the food itself or the surrounding environment, oxidation of fats, oxidation of vitamins, oxygenated browning, non-oxygenated browning, and corrosion of the inner surface of the tube can be prevented. Vacuum packaging is a method of packaging meat using airtight nylon-PE films to remove internal air, and it is widely used for packaging frozen meat. In particular, the vacuum packaging method has the advantage of maintaining the product's shape, which prevents changes in the product's form during distribution. However, there was a problem in that the vacuum packaging method could not be applied to existing baskets because they had numerous pores. Figure 1 is a photograph illustrating a conventional basket.
