Description
Dispenser The present invention relates to a dispenser, and more particularly to a device capable of controlling the speed and tension when supplying a band to a coil bending device. Generally, in order to bind a coil wound in a roll form at a steel mill, a coil banding device can use a band to wrap around and secure the outer surface of the coil. The dispenser is a device for supplying bands to a coil banding device when these coils are bound, and can continuously supply bands to the coil banding device by rotating a bobbin on which the band is wound. However, during the process of the coil banding device binding the coil, it is difficult to control the supply speed and tension of the band, so the band wrapping the coil may become long and loose, and the binding may not be properly achieved. In addition, if a larger quantity of band is supplied than is required for binding, changes in condition such as bending occur in the band, making reuse difficult and necessitating disposal.
