It is a special zone for Jinan Red Ginseng, Oriental Medicine, and Atopic Care, and is actively revitalizing its community as the nation's first resident-led village development region. The key project is the establishment of a stay-type tourism infrastructure for the plateau city. The project is currently underway in the Danyang-ri area of Jinan-eup. The project details include the creation of "MY-Stay" facilities, which involve constructing long-term accommodations and healing program facilities that integrate office infrastructure for activities such as workcations and month-long stays. Additionally, village travel programs are supported by revitalizing the rustic charm of the Jinan Plateau villages.
