  1. A system and method for inspecting the shipment of exported automobiles, characterized by comprising: a mobile app installed on an inspector's smartphone for inputting automobile information or recognizing barcodes, etc.; a sensor device attached to each automobile for providing location information before and after shipment of the automobile; a receiving device for receiving location information, etc. from the sensor device; a communication device for transmitting information from the receiving device to a cloud system; and a function installed in the cloud for real-time inquiry of inspection information and automatic aggregation and output of reports on inspection results.

Description

Export vehicle shipment tally system and method Export vehicle shipment tally system and method <0001> The present invention relates to a system and method for inspecting the shipment of exported automobiles, and more specifically, to a system and method for inspecting automobiles exported from a port via a dedicated automobile vessel using a smartphone mobile app and a sensor device, etc. <0002> Globally, the transportation of cargo via sea is on the rise, and with over 90% of domestic import and export volume being transported by sea, the cargo handling performance of Korean ports reached 1.55113 billion tons in 2023. In the maritime transportation of cargo, cargo inspection is conducted to faithfully and fairly verify the number and condition of the cargo, serving as a procedure to prove the quantity of cargo and the carrier's liability for compensation in the event of various accidents. Inspectors performing this work are subject to the qualification and business registration procedures under the Port Transport Business Act, and they calculate the number of cargo items during unloading and loading, verify discrepancies with the cargo manifest declared to customs (such as proof of quantity), and issue a certificate of cargo delivery. <0003> In particular, the automotive industry is growing rapidly every year, and domestic automobile exports reached 2.7 million units in 2023, a 17.4% increase from 2022, and export value reached $68.8 billion, a 27.2% increase, recording an all-time high. <0004> Meanwhile, regarding inspection operations, there are six inspection companies at Busan Port alone, and approximately 650 inspectors are performing inspections of import and export cargo. However, errors occur during the inspection process when cargo information is visually verified and recorded manually. Additionally, while some utilize scanners on barcodes attached to cargo to verify product information and the actual product and automatically tally data, there are issues such as communication interruptions and differing program screen configurations when used in the cargo holds of ships. <0005> Here, the export Pure Car Carrier (PCC) is a dedicated marine transport vessel for automobiles featuring a multi-layered cargo hold structure. Loading and unloading are carried out using the RORO (Roll on Roll off) method, where individual vehicles are driven directly. Since this process involves manual verification by dedicated inspection personnel, it leads to reduced efficiency and accidents, making it urgent to address issues regarding the verification of automobile loading information and locations. <0012> FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of an export automobile shipment inspection system and method according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a menu structure diagram of an export automobile shipment inspection system and method according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a method for inspecting shipment through a sensor attached to a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 4 is a screen configuration diagram of a mobile app for an export automobile shipment inspection system according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 5 is a configuration diagram of a cloud-based web screen for an export automobile shipment inspection system according to one embodiment of the present invention. <0013> The terms used in this invention have been selected to be as widely used as possible; however, in specific cases, terms have been arbitrarily selected by the applicant. In such cases, the meaning should be understood by considering the meaning described or used in the detailed description of the invention, rather than merely the name of the term. <0014> Hereinafter, the technical configuration of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments illustrated in the attached drawings. <0015> However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described herein and may be embodied in other forms. <0016> FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of an export automobile shipment inspection system and method according to one embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, the system includes functions provided by an on-site inspection method and system according to the automobile shipment procedure. <0017> FIG. 2 is a menu structure diagram of an export automobile shipment inspection system and method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 2, the inspection system and method according to the data flow of various menu functions provided in the inspection system and mobile app for automobile shipment cargo. <0018> Referring to Figure 3, which describes a method for inspecting shipments using a sensor attached to a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, shipment counting of export vehicles is possible through a sensor device, a receiving device, and a communi
