Description
Method and Device for Identifying Forgery and Tampering of Ship CCTV Footage The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for identifying forgery of ship CCTV images, and more specifically, to a method and apparatus for identifying forgery of ship CCTV images that can identify forgery by issuing an NFT to image information. The CCTV system is deployed at key devices or locations inside and outside the vessel to monitor video in real time, and is connected to the central CCTV system via a wire to store the captured video as digital data. Digital image files are divided according to established rules (capacity or time) and are stored and managed in storage in a time-based directory structure to facilitate searching. In addition, digital images are stored by encrypting the data before storage. Therefore, there is no means or data to verify whether the creation time of the video file information (the video creation time recorded in the filename or database) exactly matches. In other words, there was a problem in that it was difficult to identify forgery because there was no means to verify whether the video data generated by the operating CCTV system was authentic, and even if the data was encrypted, there was a possibility that it could be replaced with a file recorded using the same algorithm and encryption key. FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a ship CCTV image forgery identification device according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing the flow of a method for identifying forgery of ship CCTV images according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the image data generation step in a method for identifying falsification of ship CCTV images according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the image data verification step in a method for identifying falsification of ship CCTV images according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing that information comparison is performed in the image data verification step of a method for identifying falsification of ship CCTV images according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 6 and 7 are diagrams illustrating the information comparison and falsification detection process in the image data verification step of a method for identifying falsification of ship CCTV images according to an embodiment of the present invention. Detailed information regarding the purpose, technical configuration, and the resulting operation and effects of the present invention will be more clearly understood through the detailed description based on the drawings attached to the specification of the present invention. With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, we will examine the device and method for identifying forgery and alteration of ship CCTV images according to the present invention. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the device for identifying falsification of ship CCTV footage includes a CCTV device (10) that is positioned at a major device or location inside or outside the ship to capture images, a server (50) that stores images and video information captured through the CCTV device (10), a CCTV system (100) that extracts key information from the video information stored in the server (50) to generate digital video data (110) and issues an NFT (Non-Fungible Token, 120) for the digital video data (110), and a blockchain system (150) that leaves a blockchain record for the NFT (120) issued by the CCTV system (100). Additionally, the CCTV system (100) generates video data by storing a unique ID (Identifier) for the NFT (120) in the server (50). Accordingly, when a video is searched through the server (50), video information for the video searched from the CCTV system (100) is extracted, an NFT for the extracted video information is searched in the blockchain system (150), video information within the NFT searched in the blockchai
