Abstract

The present invention incorporates a paper bushing tube embedded within a paper core tube of a handleless winding adhesive tape for dust removal, and is equipped with a rotating body (rolling) for use by inserting a finger. It is easy to use on clothing, sofas, beds, inside vehicles, desks, etc., for dust removal, and its simple structure makes it convenient to use and offers good handling and storage. This dust removal roller features an integrated (combined) windable adhesive tape and a rotating paper bushing tube, equipped with a curling mechanism (anti-detachment tab) that operates via a mechanical process without the need for assembly. It eliminates the need for separate handles or refill tools, and is designed with an symmetrical structure on both sides for easy and convenient use, optimizing both the delicate performance and convenience of removing hair and dust. Furthermore, as the entire product is made of paper, it is eco-friendly.

Claims (4)

  1. A handleless winding adhesive tape roller combined with (integrated type) (Fig. 1) a dust removal adhesive tape roller, which is wound to a predetermined thickness on the outer surface of the paper core tube and has an adhesive applied to the outer surface (Fig. 11), and has a paper bushing tube embedded within the adhesive tape paper core that is rolled up at both ends in a curling (paper rolling) structure, and is equipped with a detachment blocking projection (curling) of the paper bushing tube that prevents the paper bushing tube from coming out of the adhesive tape paper core tube, a detachment blocking projection (Fig. 9) that is a circular wing (detachment blocking projection) on the entire edge of the rolled bushing tube, and a tubular shape of the paper bushing tube formed to insert a finger, and is capable of partial removal (2) of the adhesive tape in individual sheets for dust removal. A dust removal roller for a combined rotary type winding paper adhesive tape that can be used without refilling, characterized in that the wing surface (wing height) of the detachment blocking projection (paper roll) (6) provided at both ends of the paper bushing tube embedded in the inner tube (paper core) of the combined (Fig. 7) winding paper adhesive tape does not extend beyond the paper thickness (width) portion of the paper core (tube) of the adhesive tape (Fig. 9), and the height (width) of the circular wing covering the entire edge of the roundly rolled bushing tube is provided at both ends of the paper bushing tube (Fig. 8B).
  2. In Article 1, A winding dust removal roller characterized by the adhesive of the above-mentioned winding paper adhesive tape being applied to the upper part (outer surface) of the adhesive tape and, after use, the adhesive tape being cut so that individual sheets can be removed by the paper grain, and the curling (anti-detachment) wing surfaces (Fig. 9) of the paper bushing tube (6) embedded in the adhesive tape paper core tube being formed into a gently curved paper roll.
  3. In Article 1, A dust removal roller characterized by the fact that the penetration coupling method of the bushing tube inserted into the paper core of the above-mentioned wound adhesive tape is formed by a curling (paper rolling) machine process (Fig. 8B) after insertion into the paper core tube (Fig. 8A) before processing, and that the curling (paper rolling) at both ends of the paper bushing tube is provided by machine processing without separate assembly of the anti-detachment jaws (curling) at both ends.
  4. In Article 1, A dust removal roller equipped with an integral paper material that can be used as recycled paper, characterized in that the paper core of the above-mentioned winding paper adhesive tape (4) and the tubular paper bushing tube (6) embedded inside the paper core tube are both formed from paper, so that when the winding adhesive tape is consumed and waste is disposed of, there is no need for decomposition and separate disposal.

Description

Hiltless Cleaning tape roller device for dust removal The present invention relates to a handleless adhesive tape cleaner designed for easy use for removing hair and dust. It features a structure in which a tubular paper bushing tube is embedded within the core tube of a windable adhesive tape for removing hair and dust, allowing the tape to rotate without the need for a separate handle or tool for easy and convenient use. By using fingers, it provides convenience through portability and a simple structure, thereby enabling delicate and efficient removal of hair and dust. This invention relates to a handleless dust removal roller that is a rotating type in which the paper core of the adhesive tape cleaner and the built-in paper bushing are combined (integrated type) with the windable adhesive tape and the paper bushing (tube), and the windable adhesive tape is disposed of together with the paper core and built-in paper bushing without refilling after the windable adhesive tape is consumed, and the dust is removed by inserting a finger into the built-in paper bushing (tube). In modern society, it is a reality that the number of households raising pets is increasing due to factors such as the rise of single-person households and an aging population. Living with pets requires various forms of care; shedding causes significant inconvenience, and hair can be a major problem wherever pets are present, including on clothing, in living rooms, on tables, sofas, bedding, and in car interiors. Furthermore, the problem of general household dust is something that is inevitably present in daily life. These problems of hair and dust are constantly accompanied. For the aforementioned hair and dust (household clothing, living rooms, tables, sofas, bedding, car interiors, etc.), conventional methods primarily utilize refillable adhesive tape cleaners that use tools, or dust cleaners made of viscous materials such as urethane, silicone, or PVC that regain their adhesive strength upon drying after cleaning. A hair and dust cleaner having the function of removing hair and dust using such a tool is somewhat Not only is it bulky and inconvenient to carry, but it can only be used in limited spaces. The present invention relates to a designed combined roller having a paper bushing (tube) embedded within a windable adhesive tape for dust removal. The technology features a structure optimized for effortless use on clothing, bedding, tables, automobiles, and office desks rather than on large floor surfaces. Designed from the user's perspective, it is a handleless, windable adhesive tape roller that removes hair and dust with optimal portability and ease of handling, as it is simple, convenient, and portable, and can be operated using fingers without a handle (tool). Meanwhile, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2023-0110860 is disclosed as a technical document regarding a conventional refill-type adhesive tape-type dust removal roller equipped with a tool. Meanwhile, as the number of households raising pets increases, the inconvenience caused by pet hair and dust is also increasing, and it is a time when there is a demand for an expanded supply of pet hair and dust products that are portable and convenient.
