KR-20260066676-A - Hinge axis type Outrigger Support Apparatus for Working Vehicle
Abstract
The outrigger support device for a work vehicle and the method of use thereof according to the present invention have the advantage of preventing safety accidents caused by overturning by automatically unfolding the left support (61) and the right support (62) simultaneously horizontally by means of power at the moment the support device (60), which is mounted on the outrigger (10) of the work vehicle, comes into contact with the ground while descending during installation, thereby stably supporting the work vehicle, and when the support device (60) is removed, the left support (61) and the right support (62) are automatically folded vertically at the moment they fall from the ground due to the rising of the outrigger (10), thereby preventing risk factors that protrude outside the work vehicle in advance.

The above left support (61) and the above right support (62) are, respectively A concave portion (64) formed in the center of the inner ends facing each other when the above-mentioned left support (61) and the above-mentioned right support (62) are spread out horizontally; A pair of connecting protrusions (65) formed on one side of the left support (61) and the right support (62), each having a hinge hole (66) formed to be connected to the left hinge shaft (50) and the right hinge shaft (52), respectively; and An outrigger support device for a hinge-axis type work vehicle, characterized by having a pair of locking projections (67) formed by an upwardly curved shape at the inner front and rear ends facing each other when the left support (61) and the right support (62) are spread horizontally, and which are seated on the horizontal fixing bar (46).
- In claim 1, The above left hinge shaft (50) is formed to protrude in the front and rear directions, respectively, from the lower left outer surface of the piston (40), and The above right hinge shaft (52) is characterized by being formed to protrude in the front and rear directions, respectively, from the lower right outer surface of the piston (40), in a hinge shaft type outrigger support device for a work vehicle.
Description
Hinge axis type Outrigger Support Apparatus for Working Vehicle The present invention relates to an outrigger support device for a work vehicle and a method of using the same, and more specifically, to an outrigger support device for a work vehicle and a method of using the same, in which a non-powered foldable left support and a right support are installed on the outrigger of a work vehicle such as a live-line vehicle or an auger crane. Generally, aerial work platforms or crane vehicles are equipped with outriggers, and the outriggers are composed of a total of four at both the left and right ends of the vehicle's loading platform, and each is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder consisting of a horizontal/vertical bar for extension action. Therefore, the above-mentioned outrigger is lowered to the ground after the vehicle stops, thereby supporting the vehicle in a stable state and ensuring the safety of work performed at height. However, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, existing work vehicles must install supports (supports) at four lower points of the outriggers before they come into contact with the ground, but due to the inconvenience, the supports are not installed, so there was a problem that the outriggers could not stably support the work vehicle on soft ground or irregular ground, causing it to overturn and resulting in safety accidents. FIG. 1 is an example diagram of the installation of an outrigger support plate for an existing work vehicle. Figure 2 is a photograph of an accident scene when a support block is not installed on an outrigger for a conventional work vehicle. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of an outrigger support device for a work vehicle according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a combined perspective view of an outrigger support device for a work vehicle according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is an example diagram of the outrigger support device for a work vehicle of the present invention in a folded state. FIG. 6 is an example diagram of the outrigger support device for a work vehicle according to the present invention in an unfolded state. FIG. 7 is another embodiment of the outrigger support device for a work vehicle of the present invention in a folded state. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, FIGS. 3 to 7, in order to fully understand the present invention. Embodiments of the present invention may be modified in various forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited to the embodiments described in detail below. It should be noted that in each drawing, identical components may be illustrated with the same reference numerals. Detailed descriptions of known functions and components that are deemed to unnecessarily obscure the essence of the present invention are omitted. Referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the outrigger support device (60) for a work vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is connected to the lower part of the piston (40) of the outrigger (10) via a left hinge shaft (50) and a right hinge shaft (52) so as to be in close contact with or not in close contact with the ground, and includes a left support (61) and a right support (62). That is, the piston (40) is raised through the lower part of the cylinder (30) fixed to the work vehicle support (20) so that the support device (60) is in close contact with or not in close contact with the ground. The above piston (40) is in the form of a square pipe with an open bottom, and it is preferable that a pair of front and rear left hinge holes (42) are formed in the lower left corner portion of the piston (40) to connect a left hinge shaft (50), and a pair of front and rear right hinge holes (44) are formed in the lower right corner portion of the piston (40) to connect a right hinge shaft (52). A pair of horizontal fixing bars (46) are formed at the center of the lower front and rear outer surfaces of the piston (40), so that when the left support (61) and the right support (62) are horizontally spread out and their inner ends facing each other are seated, the left support (61) and the right support (62) are supported so that they form a right angle with the piston (40). A vertical support bar (48) is formed in the center of the lower inner surface of the piston (40) to hold the left support (61) and the right support (62) so that they are vertical when the lower surfaces face each other by folding the left support (61) and the right support (62) vertically. The above support device (60) increases ground contact by rotating horizontally and unfolding when the left support (61) and the right support (62) come into contact with the ground by the downward movement of the piston (40), and serves to fold by rotating vertically by its own center of gravity when the left support (61) and the right support (62) come into contact with the ground by the upward movement of the piston (
