Abstract

The present invention is configured to allow for the selection and attachment of a device, enabling cooking while rotating the cooking container in place at an inclined position, or cooking while stirring the contents using a rotating lid to prevent burning or sticking, thereby allowing for easy and convenient cooking according to the contents being cooked. In particular, by configuring the rotating support member that supports the cooking container at an inclined position to be mounted at different angles relative to the burner top plate, it is possible to shorten cooking time or cook a large amount of contents at once using a single cooking container. Additionally, by configuring the cooking stick, which is installed on the rotating lid and used to stir the contents, to be forcibly inserted and attached using a permanent magnet, the cooking stick can be easily separated and washed immediately, allowing for convenient and safe use.

Description

Cookware with detachable and selectably attachable components The present invention relates to a cooking appliance capable of detachable and selective coupling. More specifically, it is configured to allow for the use of a rotating support member installed at different angles, thereby enabling cooking while the cooking container is supported at an angle and rotated in place to perform cooking. This configuration allows for reducing cooking time or adjusting the amount of food that can be cooked at once. Additionally, the rotating support member can be easily and quickly attached and detached using a spline coupling or a bayonet coupling method, ensuring safe use. Furthermore, by configuring the cooking stick, which is rotatably installed on the lid and used for cooking contents, to be inserted into a protrusion and secured or detached using a permanent magnet, the cooking stick can be easily and conveniently replaced or detached for cleaning. Generally, when cooking with a cooking vessel, the contents must be stirred well to prevent burning or sticking. This entails the inconvenience of the cook having to check the cooking status of the vessel near the burner. Accordingly, the following (Patent Documents 1) to (Patent Documents 3) disclose a rotating cooking method that allows cooking to be done easily and conveniently as desired without a cooker being present around the burner by rotating the cooking container or the cooking stick. (Patent Document 1) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2913298 The present invention relates to a rotary cooking appliance that automatically flips and stirs ingredients, and proposes a rotary cooking appliance equipped with an openable barrier on the lid to facilitate connection with a container, and capable of blocking the release of moisture from ingredients as steam during the cooking process, thereby preventing a decline in the taste of the food. (Patent Document 2) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2427609 The invention relates to a rotary induction pot cooking appliance, comprising: first and second bases spaced apart from each other; an induction pot rotatably supported between the first and second bases, with an induction coil installed on its lower outer surface; a pot rotation drive unit installed on the first base to rotate the induction pot obliquely; a column structure crossing the upper part of the induction pot; a stirring drive body supported by the column structure and having a shaft connector that rotates when power is applied; and a stirrer supported by the shaft connector for stirring materials introduced into the induction pot. (Patent Document 3) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2259170 A rotary cooking appliance is disclosed, comprising a base that is seated on a burner, a rotating drum that is installed in an inclined state on the upper part of the base so as to form a storage space for storing food ingredients and an opening for the food ingredients to enter and exit upward, and is heated by a flame provided from the burner to cook the food ingredients, and a power providing unit installed on the base that provides rotational force to cause the rotating drum to rotate, wherein the rotating drum is characterized by having a direct flame hole formed therein through which the flame provided from the burner enters the storage space.
