Abstract

The present invention proposes a men's incontinence panty that includes adhesive means attached to the cover member and box member of an incontinence pad inserted into the penile pocket of the panty, wherein the adhesive means adheres to the panty when the incontinence pad is inserted into the penile pocket, thereby securing the incontinence pad without shifting to one side or shaking, and thereby enhancing wearing comfort; furthermore, the cover member can be inserted into the penile pocket without creasing through a reinforcing band installed on the outer diameter of the cover member; additionally, the receiving space of the box member and the concave groove of the cover member are connected to allow for holding a larger amount of urine; and in particular, during the insertion process, the incontinence pad is guided through guide protrusions and guide grooves to ensure the incontinence pad is inserted into the penile pocket at the correct position.

Description

Men's Functional Briefs The present invention relates to functional underwear for men, and more specifically, to men's incontinence underwear that allows an incontinence prevention pad, which is detachably inserted into the penis pocket of the underwear, to be fixed in a fixed position without shifting to one side. As is well known, men's underwear is provided in triangular or square shapes and is made of a soft material with excellent texture that can prevent skin contamination due to its contact with the body. In particular, unlike the penis, the scrotum (or testicles) that make up the male penis is known to have vigorous sperm production, as well as vigorous sexual desire and penile function, at a temperature about 1 to 3°C lower than body temperature. In addition, the scrotum is frequently kept in a moist state due to the reduced possibility of contact with outside air caused by wearing underwear and the non-breathable nature of the underwear, which can lead to the development of a wet scrotum and cause various skin diseases and odors. In order to solve the aforementioned problems, various types of functional underwear have recently been developed and released. However, most of them feature a design in which ceramic emitting far-infrared rays is placed in the area where the scrotum comes into contact or where the penis is located. With such a design, the emission of far-infrared rays is intended to activate the scrotum and penis, thereby eliminating the cause of dampness, preventing skin diseases, removing odors, and contributing to the improvement of penile function. Meanwhile, in addition to these functional panties, functional panties for patients with urinary incontinence are also being released recently. Urinary incontinence is a condition in which urine leaks involuntarily regardless of one's will. Recently, with the extension of average life expectancy and the increase in the elderly population, the prevalence of urinary incontinence is also rising. Most patients experience involuntary urine leakage when straining their abdomen, and some even experience leakage just from sneezing or laughing loudly. Meanwhile, if moisture persists, odors and bacteria can develop, leading to infections of other diseases and causing poor hygiene, which can harm the health of people with urinary incontinence. In particular, patients suffering from urinary incontinence, where urine leaks involuntarily, are likely to avoid external activities such as going out of the house due to the significant sense of loss and anxiety they experience. Consequently, incontinence panties are being used to eliminate anxiety and provide a convenient way to use during such external activities. However, conventional incontinence panties are manufactured using moisture-wicking and quick-drying materials to provide a comfortable and hygienic panty. Incontinence panties are disclosed in a way that reduces the harm caused by incontinence, which commonly occurs in middle-aged women who have given birth or the elderly, by sewing an inner pad that absorbs and moisturizes urine caused by incontinence into the part that typically contacts the genitals and anus, thereby providing an integrated design. While these incontinence panties are useful in that they allow for a comfortable state by rapidly absorbing urine into the inner pad, they have the disadvantage of causing discomfort due to lingering odors such as urine smell. Furthermore, once a certain amount is absorbed into the pad, urine gradually leaks out or a persistent wet sensation is felt by the patient, causing significant discomfort during wear. As prior art for solving such problems, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2697077 (Title: Men's Incontinence Pants) is disclosed. The above prior art is characterized by comprising a panty body having a three-dimensional surface portion covering the penis and scrotum in the front center portion sewn between the left and right front portions of the panty, a scrotum cover portion spaced apart from the rear of the three-dimensional surface portion, and a urinary incontinence pad pocket having an insertion/removal opening for the urinary incontinence pad formed in the upper portion of the three-dimensional surface portion, and a urinary incontinence pad having a front cover portion that is capable of being inserted into and removed from the urinary incontinence pad pocket through the insertion/removal opening and is curved to protrude forward, and a rear cover portion that forms a space for accommodating the penis between the front cover portion and the front cover portion. However, prior art requires that the incontinence pad pouch be inserted into the insertion/dislocation opening of the panty body in an accurate position, and that the incontinence pad pouch be maintained in a fixed state without movement during daily life after insertion. However, prior art lacks a separate means to secure the incontinence pad pouch, so it is not possible to insert
