More specifically, the invention relates to an agricultural ball valve having a means for connecting a water pipe for transporting agricultural water, wherein a ball body (5) is installed in the inner center to rotate and control water, and the ball body (5) is adjusted by operating an adjustment handle (3) from the outside of the valve body (4) through a ball adjustment shaft (2). The invention comprises: a valve body (4) formed with a shaft support surface (45) having a pair of locking protrusions (46) protruding from the upper wall surface of a shaft hole (44) formed vertically on the upper part of the ball body (5), a screw thread and a pair of body protrusions (41) provided on the outer circumference, and a body protrusion support surface (42) and a body protrusion inclined surface (43) formed on the upper surface and side of the body protrusion (41); A ball adjustment shaft (2) having a square handle coupling part (22) and a ball body coupling part (27) on the upper and lower sides, and an annular protrusion (28) with an expanded circumference formed in the middle to form an upper contact surface (21), and a lower contact surface (211) formed with a pair of downwardly protruding locking protrusions (29) on the lower side, and a shaft protrusion (24) having one side of a shaft protrusion inclined surface (26) formed protrudingly on both sides of the handle coupling part (22). A shaft fixing cap (1) is formed by forming a square wrench seat surface on the outer circumference and a shaft hole (15) having a pressure surface (14) in the center, and forming a plurality of cap protrusions (11) that protrude downward from the lower surface of the main wall and consist of a cap protrusion support surface (12) and a cap protrusion inclined surface (13), and so as to insert the lower part of the ball adjustment shaft (2) into the shaft hole (44) of the valve body (4) and insert the upper part of the ball adjustment shaft (2) into the shaft hole (15) of the shaft fixing cap (1) so that the handle coupling protrusion protrudes, thereby interlocking the cap protrusion (11) of the shaft fixing cap (1) and the body protrusion (41) of the valve body (4), and screw-couple the shaft fixing cap (1) and the valve body (4), and the connection between the ball adjustment shaft (2) and the adjustment handle (3) is formed by forming a square shaft coupling groove (31) with an open bottom in the center of the adjustment handle (3). Guide grooves (32) are formed on both sides of the shaft coupling groove (31), a guide inclined surface (34) is formed at the entrance of the guide groove (32), and a fixing hole (33) is formed at the inner end of the guide inclined surface (34) so that the guide surface and the outer side of the adjustment handle (3) communicate. The shaft projection (24) of the ball adjustment shaft (2) is inserted into the guide groove (32) of the adjustment handle (3) so that the shaft projection support surface (25) of the shaft projection (24) is inserted in close contact with the inner wall of the fixing hole (33), thereby connecting the ball adjustment shaft (2) and the adjustment handle (3) and inserting the ball adjustment shaft into the shaft hole from the outer side of the valve body, thus making assembly simple and convenient. The shaft fixing cap and the valve body are screw-coupled, the cap projection and the body projection interlock, and the screw coupling part of the shaft fixing cap and the valve body is prevented from loosening, and the shaft projection is inserted into the fixing hole, thereby allowing the handle coupling part of the ball adjustment shaft. There is an advantage in obtaining a highly durable agricultural ball valve in which the adjustment handle and the ball adjustment shaft are inserted into the shaft fixing groove of the adjustment handle and firmly coupled, thereby preventing shaking or detachment even during frequent operation to control water flow.

Description

Fixing Structure of Ball Adjustment Shaft for Agricultural Ball Valve The present invention relates to a fixing structure for a ball adjustment shaft of an agricultural ball valve manufactured by injection molding a ball valve component using a synthetic resin material, and more specifically, to a fixing structure for a ball adjustment shaft of an agricultural ball valve that enables a more robust connection between a central shaft for adjusting a ball body inside the valve and an adjustment handle, and simplifies assembly. An agricultural ball valve is a valve installed in a water pipe supplying agricultural water to control the flow of water. It controls the flow of water by rotating a ball embedded within the valve, and the opening and closing of the ball is adjusted using an adjustment handle on the outside of the valve. To this end, the ball and the adjustment handle are configured to be connected by a central axis. A ball valve configured as described above can be found in Published Patent No. 2010-0135390 and Registered Utility Model No. 0393827. First, looking at the combined configuration of the ball, adjustment handle, and central shaft of Public Patent No. 2010-0135390, the valve ball (200) has a conventional structure in which a fixing groove (220) is formed to slide-assemble with the lower end of the connecting shaft (400); the operating lever (300) has a chamfered shaft hole (310) for preventing rotation formed at the bottom, and an annular catch projection (320) protrudes and penetrates through the upper inner surface; the connecting shaft (400) has an upper chamfered surface (410) formed on both sides to be fitted with the inner surface of the chamfered shaft hole (310) at the top, and a divided elastic catch piece (420) that is elastically caught on the annular catch projection (320); and an assembly step projection (430) that is fitted with the fixing groove (220) of the valve ball (200) and the step (121) of the rotation shaft hole (120) at the bottom, and this is a configuration in which this is integrally formed. The configuration in which the connecting shaft (400) is assembled by inserting it into the rotating shaft hole (120) through the inner side of the valve body (100) is difficult to assemble and takes a long time, which causes the problem of increased manufacturing costs. The configuration of the ball, adjustment handle, and central shaft in Registered Utility Model No. 0393827 is configured such that the ball (2) is housed in the ball insertion part (12) of the valve body (1), and the connecting shaft (50) of the operating handle (5) is connected by inserting it into the square hole (21) of the ball (2) through the connecting part (13) of the valve body (1). Since the connecting shaft (50) is connected through the connecting part (13) from the outside of the valve body (1), assembly is convenient. However, since the square hole (21) is formed in the ball (2) that controls the water flow and communicates with the connecting part (13), although the connecting part (13) of the valve body (1) Even if an O-ring (53) is positioned between the inner wall and the connecting shaft (50) of the operating handle (5) to ensure sealing, it is difficult to maintain airtightness when water pressure is high or when used for a long time. In particular, due to the usage environment of agricultural valves that are exposed to external environments with large temperature differences, each component constituting the ball valve repeatedly contracts and expands. This results in a problem where it is difficult to maintain airtightness solely through the sealing force of the O-ring, and it is easily damaged, causing a decrease in the durability of the valve. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the assembly configuration of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view of the shaft fixing cap of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a bottom perspective view showing the adjustment handle of the present invention. Figure 5 is a cross-sectional example diagram schematically showing the configuration of a valve. 90° A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. First, Figure 5 shows a cross-sectional example schematically illustrating the configuration of an agricultural ball valve. In other words, to briefly examine the agricultural valve, water pipes for transporting agricultural water are connected to both ends, and a ball body (5) that rotates to control the water is installed in the center. The ball body (5) is configured to be adjusted by operating an adjustment handle (3) on the outside of the valve body (4) through a ball adjustment shaft (2). The present invention proposes a ball adjustment shaft fixing structure that can firmly connect the ball adjustment shaft (2) of an agricultural ball valve as described above and ensure
