Claims (5)
- A collection frame mounted on the front of the combine body; A cutting unit positioned in the above-mentioned collection frame for cutting the base of the bean stalk being cut; It is configured to include an auger drum section formed with the above-mentioned left and right separated operating arms and an auger drum arranged horizontally between the operating arms, which pulls and supplies soybean stalks into a collection frame section formed with a cutting section through the unidirectional rotation of the auger drum. The auger drum is configured to include a drum shaft disposed across between the left and right spaced working arms; a first drum wheel and a second drum wheel disposed left and right spaced apart on the drum shaft; and traction wings disposed in a radial structure between the first drum wheel and the second drum wheel. A harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure, characterized in that the auger drum section is equipped with a blower collection port that blows air toward the collection frame section to collect individual soybean kernels separated from the soybean stalks and falling to the road surface through the blowing force resulting from the air blowing.
- A harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure, characterized in that, in claim 1, the air collection port is installed in an idler structure on the drum shaft rotating in one direction and comprises a blower unit that blows supplied air toward a collection frame; and a supply pipe unit that is installed in an idler structure on the drum shaft, supports a second drum wheel in an idler structure, and supplies air supplied through a supply pipe to the blower unit along the supply pipe path.
- A harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure, characterized in that, in claim 1, the air collection port is installed in an idler structure on a drum shaft that rotates in one direction and is configured as an electric type comprising an electric blower comprising an air housing having an intake port and an air outlet formed therein, a blower fan installed in a rotational structure within the air housing, and an electric motor that receives a starting current to rotate the blower fan in one direction.
- A harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure, characterized in that, in claim 3, it further comprises a wire inlet conduit unit installed on the drum shaft in an idler structure to support the second drum wheel in an idler structure, and having a wire inlet conduit formed therein through which a power line for applying a starting current required for driving the electric motor of the electric blower is introduced.
- A harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure, characterized in that, in any one of claims 1 to 4, a blower divider is formed with ejection holes formed on both the left and right sides of the collection frame, and a supply pipe is connected to the blower divider so that individual soybean kernels falling on the road surface are stably collected within the collection frame by air ejected backward through the ejection holes formed on both the left and right sides of the collection frame.
Description
Collecting and reaping apparatus for soybean combine with improved collection structure The present invention relates to a harvest collection and harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure, and more specifically, to a harvest collection and harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure that is positioned at the front of the combine body to collect and harvest soybeans grown in open fields and feed them into a threshing unit. Generally, a combine is a harvesting machine designed to perform the respective tasks of cutting, collecting, and threshing crops such as rice, barley, wheat, and soybeans in succession. The aforementioned combine does not differ significantly in its basic configuration depending on the type of crop, but when the type of crop is soybeans, it is called a soybean combine. In Korean Patent Application No. 10-2015-0092569 (Title: Cutting device for a standard type combine/June 29, 2015), a cutting device for a combine is described, comprising: a reel part for collecting crops as disclosed in the publication; a cutting part for cutting crops; and a conveying part for conveying crops to a threshing device for threshing crops. However, when a conventional soybean combine moves along an open field where soybean crops are cultivated, pulling the soybean stalks backward through a reel and cutting the base of the soybean stalks to collect them, the individual soybeans are separated from the stalks due to vibrations or shocks applied to the stalks by the reel, and the separated soybeans are not collected and remain in the open field, causing a problem. In other words, during the process of collecting soybeans by pulling the soybean stalks grown in the open field through an auger drum and cutting them with a cutting blade, the individual beans separated from the soybean stalks are not properly collected and end up scattered in the open field, causing a problem where the total yield of individual beans decreases during harvest. FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration of a soybean combine equipped with a harvesting device having an improved collection structure, which is proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an operational diagram showing the air collection state through the harvesting device of a soybean combine having an improved collection structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 3 and 4 show the detailed configuration of a harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure proposed as a first embodiment, and FIGS. 5 and 6 show the detailed configuration of a harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure proposed as a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 shows the configuration and operating state of a blower divider in a harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved capture structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, a harvesting device for a soybean combine having an improved collection structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration of a soybean combine equipped with a harvesting device having an improved collection structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an operational state diagram of the blowing and collecting state through the harvesting device having an improved collection structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show the detailed configuration of the harvesting device having an improved collection structure proposed as a first embodiment of the soybean combine, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show the detailed configuration of the harvesting device having an improved collection structure proposed as a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 shows the configuration and operational state of the blowing and collecting divider in the harvesting device having an improved collection structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The collection and harvesting device (1) of a soybean combine having an improved collection structure according to the present invention is a means for collecting and harvesting soybean stalks grown in an open field and feeding them into the feed path (111) of the threshing unit (110), which is mounted on the front of the combine main body (100) equipped with a threshing unit (110). The above harvesting device (1) comprises a collection frame section (10) mounted on the front of the combine main body (100) as seen in FIGS. 1 and 2; a cutting section (20) that cuts the base of the soybean stalks that are cut and placed in the collection frame section (10); and an auger drum section (40) that is formed in a rotating structure such that an auger drum (42) which rotates i
