Description

Fixing apparatus for hydrogen tanks The present invention relates to a hydrogen tank fixing device, and more specifically, to a hydrogen tank fixing device capable of firmly fixing a hydrogen tank and stably absorbing deformation caused by the expansion of the hydrogen tank while supporting it, thereby improving safety. Recently, due to severe climate change, interest in carbon emissions is rising again, and various studies are being conducted to reduce carbon emissions. Due to this trend, research on gas fuels with low carbon content is actively underway, and the adoption of gas-fueled vehicles is steadily increasing. Typically, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas are representative gas fuels, and recently, technologies utilizing hydrogen as fuel are also gradually on the rise. Fuel cell vehicles using hydrogen generate electricity by reacting hydrogen with air and are supplied with hydrogen through a hydrogen storage tank. Accordingly, the hydrogen storage tank must be equipped with hydrogen inlet and outlet bosses on the liner and manufactured with sufficient strength to withstand high pressure using materials such as carbon fiber. However, conventional hydrogen storage tanks undergo expansion deformation due to the high pressure generated during the process of injecting hydrogen, and this expansion deformation leads to the problem of deformation of the valve connection parts. Meanwhile, Korean Published Patent Application No. 10-2021-0044630 (Publication Date: April 23, 2021) discloses a "hydrogen tank fixing device," and Registered Patent No. 10-1969287 (Registration Date: April 10, 2019) discloses a "hydrogen tank fixing device for vehicles."
