Abstract

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for automatically drafting and reviewing a patent specification is provided, comprising: a step of distributing input values including claim contents to a plurality of first artificial intelligence models; and a step of generating output values based on the input values in the plurality of first artificial intelligence models, wherein the plurality of first artificial intelligence models include individual artificial intelligence models that are distinguished and learned according to identification items of the patent specification, and the individual artificial intelligence models are learned with training data composed of source data including sentences separated based on the components of the claims, and target data including sentences of identification items within the patent specification that match the source data.

Claims (2)

  1. A method performed by an automatic patent specification drafting and review system, A step of distributing input values including the contents of the claim to a plurality of first artificial intelligence models; and The method includes the step of generating an output value based on the input value in the plurality of first artificial intelligence models. The above plurality of first artificial intelligence models includes individual artificial intelligence models learned by being classified according to identification items of the patent specification, and A method for automatically drafting and reviewing a patent specification, wherein the individual artificial intelligence model is trained with training data comprising source data including sentences separated based on the components of a claim, and target data including sentences of identification items within the patent specification that match the source data.
  2. In paragraph 1, The above plurality of first artificial intelligence models are, A step of receiving the source data including the contents of the above claim; A step of training the above source data according to the creation criteria for each identification item; and A method for automatically drafting and reviewing a patent specification, comprising the step of learning to output target data for each identification item matched to the source data.

Description

Artificial Intelligence-Based Patent Specification Automatic Creation and Review System The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based automatic patent specification drafting and review system. A patent specification describes the scope of rights to be protected and the technical details supporting them; therefore, drafting the patent specification is crucial for ensuring the correct scope of rights is protected. The aforementioned patent specification may be composed of multiple identification items centered around the claims that determine the scope of the patent rights. If the patent specification is drafted differently from the applicant's inventive intent, the scope of rights to be protected may not be secured; therefore, a patent expert may draft the patent specification on behalf of the inventor. Meanwhile, since the entire process of drafting a patent specification is done manually by the user, bottlenecks and delays may occur in drafting the patent specification due to environmental factors such as the user's work schedule. Accordingly, operators are currently exploring various measures to draft patent specifications more efficiently. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an artificial intelligence-based patent specification automatic drafting and review system of the present disclosure. FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating the artificial intelligence-based method for automatically drafting and reviewing patent specifications of the present disclosure. FIG. 3 is a flowchart for explaining a part of FIG. 2 in detail. FIGS. 4 to 8 are exemplary drawings for explaining a method of drafting a patent specification of the present disclosure. Throughout this disclosure, the same reference numerals denote the same components. This disclosure does not describe all elements of the embodiments, and general content in the art to which this disclosure pertains or content that overlaps between embodiments is omitted. The terms 'part, module, component, block' as used in the specification may be implemented in software or hardware, and depending on the embodiments, a plurality of 'parts, modules, components, blocks' may be implemented as a single component, or a single 'part, module, component, block' may include a plurality of components. Throughout the specification, when a part is described as being "connected" to another part, this includes not only cases where they are directly connected but also cases where they are indirectly connected, and indirect connections include connections made via a wireless communication network. Furthermore, when it is stated that a part "includes" a certain component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components. Throughout the specification, when it is stated that a component is located "on" another component, this includes not only cases where a component is in contact with another component, but also cases where another component exists between the two components. The terms first, second, etc. are used to distinguish one component from another, and the components are not limited by the aforementioned terms. Singular expressions include plural expressions unless there is an obvious exception in the context. In each step, identification codes are used for convenience of explanation and do not describe the order of the steps; the steps may be performed differently from the specified order unless a specific order is clearly indicated in the context. The operating principles and embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the attached drawings. In this specification, the 'patent specification writing device (100) according to the present disclosure' includes all various devices capable of performing computational processing and providing results to a user. For example, the patent specification writing device (100) according to the present disclosure may include a computer, a server device, and a portable terminal, or may take the form of any one of them. Here, the computer may include, for example, a notebook, desktop, laptop, tablet PC, slate PC, etc. equipped with a web browser. The above server device is a server that processes information by communicating with an external device, and may include an application server, a computing server, a database server, a file server, a game server, a mail server, a proxy server, and a web server. The above portable terminal may include, for example, all types of handheld-based wireless communication devices such as PCS (Personal Communication System), GSM (Global System for Mobile communications), PDC (Personal Digital Cellular), PHS (Personal Handyphone System), PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), IMT (International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000, CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access)-2000, W-CDMA (W-Code Division Multiple Access), WiBro (Wireless Broadband Internet) terminals, smartphones, etc., as well as wearab
