Description
Tape Label Sheet Without Release Paper The present invention relates to a label, and more specifically, to a tape label without a release liner that is convenient to use, reduces waste of discarded release liner to lower costs, and protects the environment by reducing waste. Generally, labels are used for packaging, etc., with information such as courier details printed on the top surface and adhesive applied to the opposite surface for attachment to packaging boxes, etc. These labels are manufactured as long strip-shaped labels formed of multiple functional layers, and then information is printed on these long strip-shaped labels. Subsequently, to attach them to packaging boxes, they are individually cut and the release liner on the side coated with adhesive is removed. Due to their characteristics, this release liner is coated with a material that allows the adhesive to easily detach from the film (or paper material) in order to be easily separated from the adhesive. Therefore, during the printing process, the labels do not adhere to other printing devices due to the adhesive, and when attaching them to packaging boxes, the release liner is easily removed to utilize the labels. However, in the process of attaching conventional labels to boxes, etc., the release liner must first be removed before attaching the labels to a large number of boxes so that they are distinguished from one another. Consequently, since the release liner itself is attached without distinction from the label, it is not easy to remove the release liner from the label. Therefore, the release liner removal process takes time because it is not easy. In particular, when attaching labels to numerous boxes, the time required for removal is considerable. In addition, the release liner has a separate film layer formed to prevent adhesion with the adhesive, whereas the release liner base contains materials different from ordinary paper, which has the disadvantage of being difficult to recycle. Consequently, it must be disposed of as general waste, incurring waste disposal costs and becoming a factor in environmental destruction caused by waste disposal. Furthermore, if labels attached to boxes or other items are exposed to sunlight, the labels may be damaged by sunlight or ultraviolet rays, and there is also the problem of environmental destruction caused by discarded release liner. Therefore, technical proposals to resolve this are urgently needed. FIG. 1 is an exemplary diagram of a state in which a tape label according to the present invention is attached to a box. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the basic layer structure of a tape label according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the layer structure of an embodiment in which a moisture storage layer is formed on the starch adhesive layer of a tape label according to the present invention. Figure 4 is an exemplary diagram illustrating the regional configuration of the moisture storage layer in the starch adhesive layer of the tape label according to the present invention. The following is a detailed description with reference to the attached drawings. That is, the tape label sheet (100) without a release liner according to the present invention is manufactured in the form of a continuous strip during manufacturing, as shown in the attached FIGS. 1 to 4, etc., and when attached to a box (2), the printed individual label sheet is cut along the cutting line and attached to the box (2) for use. This tape label sheet (100, tape label sheet) has no release liner in the adhesive part, unlike conventional ones, so it reduces material equivalent to the amount of release liner that would otherwise be wasted, thereby reducing costs, and shortens work time by eliminating the need for work related to the release liner. The main layer composition of such tape label paper (100) consists of a base paper substrate (20), a thermal layer (30), a screen layer (10), etc. Furthermore, a starch adhesive layer (50) is formed for adhesion. The detailed composition of such tape label paper (100) is explained with reference to the attached drawings. First, these tape labels (100) are manufactured in the form of a long continuous strip, and when used thereafter, the label content is printed and then cut along the cutting line to attach individual labels to items such as boxes (2). Accordingly, as a detailed layer composition of the label (100), a paper substrate (20) forming a continuous strip is provided as a base. Generally, this paper substrate (20) can be made of paper material, and if necessary, functional materials such as synthetic resin or adhesive may be added or provided in a multi-layered form. This paper substrate (20) can use generally known materials. And a thermal layer (30) is provided, which is formed on one side of the paper substrate (20) and is configured to deform or change due to heat. This thermal layer (30) may be made of a material generally known to deform upo
