Abstract

The present invention relates to multi-purpose safety clothing and comprises: a main body having a front portion covering the front side of the upper body of a wearer and a rear portion covering the rear side of the wearer; a sensing unit having a first sensor provided in the front portion that contacts the wearer's body and detects the wearer's body condition, a second sensor installed in the front portion or rear portion that detects an impact applied to the main body, and a third sensor that detects temperature; and a control unit provided in the front portion or rear portion, having a control unit that receives a detection signal from the sensing unit and generates body condition information, collision information, and temperature information based on the detection signal, and a communication unit that transmits the information generated by the control unit to an external server.

Claims (4)

1. A main body having a front portion covering the front side of the upper body of the wearer and a rear portion covering the rear side of the wearer; A sensing unit comprising a first sensor provided in the front portion that contacts the body of the wearer and detects the physical condition of the wearer, a second sensor installed in the front or rear portion that detects an impact applied to the main body, and a third sensor that detects temperature; and A multi-purpose safety garment comprising: a control unit provided in the front or rear portion, receiving a detection signal from the sensing unit and generating body condition information, collision information, and temperature information based on the detection signal, and a communication unit that transmits the information generated by the control unit to an external server.

Description

Multipurpose safety clothing {Safety clothing for various purposes} The present invention relates to multi-purpose safety clothing, and more specifically, to multi-purpose safety clothing with an improved structure that can be easily worn by a worker and enables a rapid response in the event of a safety accident or emergency situation. Workers wear safety helmets and safety shoes at work sites, such as construction sites, to protect their bodies from hazardous elements, including nails and falling objects from above. Additionally, workers primarily wear vest-type clothing on their upper bodies to conveniently carry various tools and materials necessary for the work. Generally, work vests used at work sites consist of a structure in which a rear section covering the wearer's back is connected to a front section covering the chest and abdomen, and the front panel may be cut open by means of a zipper or similar mechanism for wearing. Additionally, work vests are equipped with pockets for storing tools and materials necessary for the work, thereby enhancing efficiency during operation. While such work vest-type clothing is effective in enhancing work efficiency and convenience at the workplace, it has the drawback of not enabling a rapid response in the event of safety accidents or emergencies, and it is impossible to monitor the worker's condition. Prior art includes published patent application No. 10-2013-0059009. FIGS. 1 and FIGS. 2 are drawings for illustrating multi-purpose safety clothing according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a drawing for explaining a control unit employed in an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a drawing for explaining a management module employed in an embodiment of the present invention. In order to clarify the understanding of the present invention in the following description, descriptions of known technologies regarding the features of the present invention will be omitted. The following embodiments are detailed descriptions to aid in understanding the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the rights of the present invention. Accordingly, equivalent inventions that perform the same function as the present invention will also fall within the scope of the rights of the present invention. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a multi-purpose safety garment according to one embodiment of the present invention may be formed in a form that adheres closely to the body of a wearer (user) and exposes the face and arms, or may be formed in a vest form, and comprises a main body (100), a sensing unit (200), and a control unit (300). The main body (100) may be made in the form of a fabric and consists of a front part (110) and a rear part (120). The front part (110) of the main body (100) is connected to the rear part (120), covers the front side of the wearer's upper body, and may be made of various materials. The rear part (120) of the main body (100) is connected to the front part (110) and covers the rear side of the upper body, thereby enabling the main body (100) to be made in a wearable form. The main body (100) is structured to expose the wearer's arms and face, thereby minimizing discomfort while worn. The above-mentioned sensing unit (200) is provided on the main body (100) and contacts the upper body portion thereof, and transmits a detection signal to the control unit (300), and comprises a first sensor (210), a second sensor (220), and a third sensor (230). The first sensor (210) of the above-mentioned sensing unit (200) is provided on the front portion (110) of the main body and contacts the upper body portion of the wearer, and detects the physical condition of the wearer.
