KR-20260067493-A - Parking position detection device
Abstract
The present invention relates to a device for detecting precise parking positions, and more specifically, to a device that detects whether a means of transportation has been accurately parked in a designated parking position by equipping the parking device of a means of transportation with a sensor (detector) that recognizes a rare-earth processed material painted on a parking area or return location. The present invention can accurately determine precise parking by installing a sensor on the parking device of the means of transportation and detecting the smart paint applied to the parking area through it. Furthermore, the present invention allows for the establishment of a parking area (return location) simply by applying smart paint to the inner edge of a sidewalk, without installing a separate structure to set the parking area. The present invention enables the server to verify precise parking simply by the user operating the parking device to park the means of transportation, thereby allowing the return procedure of the shared means of transportation to be performed conveniently. The present invention can overcome the errors of existing GPS by determining whether the parking device of the means of transportation is operated correctly before determining the precise position. The present invention can immediately detect foreign substances even if they are attached to the parking device, allowing the user or manager to remove them.

Claims (5)
- Parking device for means of transportation, and A vehicle position parking detection device comprising a server that receives a result value detected by the parking device and determines whether the vehicle is parked in the correct position.
- In paragraph 1, The parking device of the above means of transportation is, A parking determination unit for determining the operation of the above parking device, and A mobile vehicle positioning parking detection device comprising a smart paint judgment unit that detects rare earth processed materials of smart paint applied to a parking area when the parking judgment unit determines the operation of the parking device.
- In paragraph 2, The above parking device includes a kickstand, and The above parking determination unit is a vehicle position parking detection device including a gyro sensor.
- In paragraph 2 or 3, The above parking device includes a hollow kickstand with one end open, and The smart paint judgment unit above is, A positional parking detection device comprising: a light-emitting unit provided inside the kickstand and emitting light to the first end; a light-receiving unit that receives reflected light reflected from the smart paint by the light emitted from the light-emitting unit; a residual light determination unit that determines whether residual light is included in the reflected light received from the light-receiving unit; a normalization unit that normalizes the residual light to compare the pattern of a signal generated by receiving from the light-receiving unit with a pattern different for each rare earth processed material stored in advance; and a determination unit that calculates the variance value of the normalized residual light and the pattern of the rare earth processed material stored in advance and determines the pattern with the minimum variance value as the type of rare earth processed material.
- In paragraph 4, The smart paint judgment unit determines that the vehicle is parked in the correct position if the identified rare earth processed material matches a previously stored rare earth processed material, generates a parking signal in the correct position, and transmits it to the server. The above server is a position parking detection device that completes the return of the means of transportation when it receives the position parking signal.
Description
Parking position detection device The present invention relates to a precise parking detection device, and more specifically, to a device that detects when a means of transportation is accurately parked in a designated parking position by equipping the parking device of a means of transportation with a sensor (detector) that recognizes a rare earth processed material painted in a parking area or return area. Among various modes of transportation, shared mobility devices such as electric scooters have recently become widely used. However, due to location errors such as GPS or user negligence, these shared vehicles are not parked at designated parking spots and are returned, negatively impacting public mobility and aesthetics. Therefore, technology capable of resolving this issue is required. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a positional parking detection device according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram of a parking device in a positional parking detection device according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram of a parking device of a positional parking detection device according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a conceptual diagram of a parking area to which a positional parking detection device according to the present invention is applied. The aforementioned objectives, features, and advantages are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings, thereby enabling those skilled in the art to easily implement the technical concept of the present invention. In describing the present invention, detailed descriptions of known technologies related to the present invention are omitted if it is determined that such descriptions would unnecessarily obscure the essence of the invention. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals are used to indicate the same or similar components. Although terms such as "first," "second," etc., are used to describe various components, it goes without saying that these components are not limited by these terms. These terms are used merely to distinguish one component from another, and unless specifically stated otherwise, the first component may also be the second component. Throughout the specification, unless specifically stated otherwise, each component may be singular or plural. In the following, the statement that any configuration is placed on the "upper (or lower)" of a component or on the "upper (or lower)" of a component may mean not only that any configuration is placed in contact with the upper (or lower) surface of said component, but also that another configuration may be interposed between said component and any configuration placed on (or below) said component. In addition, where it is stated that one component is "connected," "combined," or "connected" to another component, it should be understood that while the components may be directly connected or connected to each other, another component may be "interposed" between each component, or each component may be "connected," "combined," or "connected" through another component. Additionally, singular expressions used in this specification include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In this application, terms such as "composed of" or "comprising" should not be interpreted as necessarily including all of the various components or steps described in the specification, and should be interpreted as meaning that some of the components or steps may not be included, or that additional components or steps may be included. Throughout the specification, "A and/or B" means A, B, or A and B unless specifically stated otherwise, and "C to D" means C or more and D or less unless specifically stated otherwise. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a positional parking detection device according to the present invention. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the correct position parking detection device according to the present invention includes a parking device for a means of transportation and a server that receives a result value detected by the parking device and determines whether the means of transportation is parked in the correct position. FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram of a parking device in a positional parking detection device according to the present invention.
