Description

Concrete Manufacturing Apparatus and Method for Manufacturing Using the Same The present invention relates to a concrete manufacturing device and a manufacturing method using the same for increasing the production volume of concrete and shotcrete. The concrete manufacturing device according to the present invention includes a cement supply unit, an aggregate storage unit, an aggregate weighing supply unit, a steel fiber storage unit, a steel fiber weighing supply unit, a belt conveyor, a screw conveyor, a mixer, and an outlet. By providing a belt conveyor with a short length and a wide width and a screw conveyor with a wide inner diameter, the material input time can be shortened. A concrete batching plant is a facility that produces unhardened concrete by mixing raw materials such as cement, gravel, sand, admixtures, and water. With the recent advancement of construction technology, the demand for super high-rise buildings and various concrete structures is increasing, and efforts are continuously being made at urban sites to stabilize concrete supply, shorten construction periods, and resolve cost issues. General concrete batching plants are classified into temporary batching plants and main batching plants depending on mixer capacity and application. Main batching plants are stationary facilities designed to produce large quantities of concrete for large-scale construction projects, but they present challenges such as requiring a large site and complex permitting procedures. Temporary batching plants are mobile facilities designed to produce concrete for small-scale construction sites or specialized projects; they require a small installation site, have simple permitting processes, and are more affordable. In addition, temporary batch plants can be installed and operated immediately near the construction site, enabling a rapid response to urgent on-site situations. However, there are drawbacks, such as lower concrete production volume compared to main batch plants and a low level of automation, which requires some production tasks to rely on manual labor. Technical improvements are necessary to address these issues. To enhance the production capacity of the simplified batch plant, a technical approach is required to reduce raw material and concrete discharge times by optimizing the length and width of belt or screw conveyors used in the existing batch plant, or by installing additional intermediate bulk hoppers for aggregate storage and concrete storage hoppers. The present invention aims to solve these problems by providing a concrete manufacturing device and a concrete manufacturing method using the same, which improve the efficiency of the concrete manufacturing process, shorten the construction period, and provide cost-saving effects. Meanwhile, technology regarding a concrete batching plant is disclosed in Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1224550 (published on January 22, 2013).
