Description
A method for processing which solidification of food wastes The present invention relates to a method for solidifying food waste, comprising the steps of introducing food waste into the inside of a reaction chamber, sealing the inside of the reaction chamber and then heating and drying the food waste while stirring it, and forcibly discharging wet steam emitted from the food waste to the outside of the reaction chamber by controlling the supply and exhaust volumes. Generally, food waste treatment devices are provided to enable households or restaurants to decompose or reduce food waste on their own; however, since significant odors are generated during the treatment process, these devices are configured to eliminate odors. In addition, food waste is typically sorted, crushed, or heat-treated, and then supplemented with necessary nutrients to be used as livestock feed, or mixed with sawdust, manure, etc., and fermented to be recycled into compost. In addition, in food waste treatment devices that ferment food waste or devices that decompose and eliminate food waste using microorganisms, metals, animal bones, synthetic resins, etc., must first be separated from the food waste before fermentation or decomposition treatment, and then the food waste is crushed; however, since the separation process is difficult, the food waste is fed together with the waste into a shredder for crushing. Meanwhile, aerobic or anaerobic microorganisms are used to decompose food waste. For example, a certain amount of food waste is injected into a mixing container of a certain size that facilitates drainage and mixing, and a required amount of microorganisms and microbial culture is injected. Then, a mixing blade inserted and fixed to a rotating shaft is rotated using a rotary motor to mix the food waste, microorganisms, and microbial culture, thereby promoting the proliferation of microorganisms and decomposing them. In relation to such technology, the technology of a food waste treatment device is disclosed in the prior art patent No. 1010208, and as shown in FIG. 1, a deodorizer (400) that also performs a dehydration function is provided to introduce external air into the mixing chamber, and a steam suction line (500) and an external air input line (600) are connected together to the deodorizer (400). And, the deodorizer (400) is provided with a deodorizer body (400a) to which a steam suction line (500) is connected and an outlet (402) is formed on the other side for discharging air that has been deodorized, and a heat container (410) is provided on one side inside the deodorizer body (400a) at a position adjacent to the steam suction line (500) to come into contact with steam flowing in from the steam suction line (500). Additionally, the above-mentioned heat tank (410) is provided with a pipeline (411) consisting of an upper duct (411b) and a lower duct (411c) that connect multiple pipes (411a), and the pipeline is connected to a hot air supply duct (420) that is connected to an external air input line (600). Water vapor sucked in through a blower (510) of a water vapor suction line (500) is introduced into the heat tank (410). The water vapor introduced into the heat tank (410) flows through the pipeline (411) arranged in the heat tank (410) and is generated into a large amount of condensation water due to the temperature difference with the external air introduced into the mixing room, and the generated condensation water is discharged through a condensation water discharge part (401). And, the above steam passes through the heat tank (410), the pretreatment room (430), the deodorizer filter (440), and the semiconductor catalyst (450), and is discharged as some condensation water, and the deodorization of the odor occurs. However, the above-mentioned food waste treatment device has a disadvantage in that rapid solidification is difficult because steam passes through the heat tank (410), the pretreatment room (430), the deodorizer filter (440), and the semiconductor catalyst (450), and is discharged as some condensation water while deodorizing the odor. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a conventional food waste treatment device. FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3 are a front view and a side view, respectively, illustrating a food waste solidification treatment device according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a food waste solidification treatment device according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a food waste solidification treatment method according to the present invention. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the attached drawings. As illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 5, the solidification treatment method using the solidification treatment device (1000) for reducing food waste according to the present invention first introduces collected food waste into the inside of a reaction chamber (100). Then, after sealing the inlet (150)
