Description

A tilting device for transportation of an external insulation panel and a method of constructing a large amount of external insulation panels using the same The present invention relates to a device for transporting and tilting exterior insulation panels and a method for mass construction of exterior insulation panels using the same. In particular, it relates to a tilting device for transporting exterior insulation panels and a method for mass construction of exterior insulation panels using the same, which enables loading, transporting, and tilting of exterior insulation panels in a multi-stage manner, thereby reducing transportation costs and drastically shortening the construction period. The existing modular construction method, which integrates exterior insulation panels with structural members, required transporting panel modules one by one and tilting them on-site to proceed with construction due to equipment limitations. Since these modules are transported individually, the number of transports increases, resulting in high transportation costs and significant working time. Furthermore, exterior insulation panel blocks with a width of 5.4m were subject to fines under the Road Traffic Act, meaning transportation was only permitted during nighttime hours. Therefore, it is necessary to change the width of the exterior insulation panel blocks to less than 3.0m. Additionally, a device is required that enables the transport of large quantities, thereby reducing the number of transports and shortening working time. The technology forming the background of the present invention includes: Published Utility Model No. 20-2011-0005411 (Patent Document 1), which discloses a multi-stage panel moving device capable of moving a plurality of panels simultaneously; Registered Patent No. 10-1281004 (Patent Document 2), which discloses a loading system capable of minimizing loading space by stacking sandwich panels in multiple stages; Published Patent No. 10-2022-0060613 (Patent Document 3), which discloses a ground solar panel transport system comprising: a stack portion in which a plurality of solar panels are loaded such that the rear surface of the solar panels is positioned above the front surface; a pickup portion for picking up and moving the solar panels loaded on the stack portion; and a tilting portion on which the solar panels picked up by the pickup portion are mounted and which tilt the mounted solar panels; and Registered Patent No. 10-2122939 (Patent Document 4), which includes a base portion; A tilting motion vibration suppression device is disclosed, comprising: a tilting part extending upward from a base part by a predetermined distance; a cylinder receiving part spaced apart from the lower side of the base part by a predetermined distance; a cylinder having one end disposed in the cylinder receiving part and the other end disposed on the lower surface of the tilting part to drive the tilting part to rotate at a preset angle; a hinge part connecting the front end of the base part and the front end of the tilting part to guide the tilting part to rotate in a preset direction according to the driving of the cylinder; and a vibration damping part connecting each of the rear end of the base part and the rear end of the tilting part in an up-and-down direction with the cylinder as the center to suppress vibration of the tilting part when the tilting part rotates and drives up and down. However, the loading unit disclosed in the above background technologies has a problem in that it does not have the function to perform multiple stacking and tilting simultaneously. The following drawings attached to this specification illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention and serve to further enhance understanding of the technical concept of the present invention together with the detailed description of the invention; therefore, the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited only to the matters described in the attached drawings.
