Method and apparatus for providing voice conversation with an AI bot The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing voice conversation with an AI bot, and more specifically, to a method and apparatus for a user and an AI bot to have a voice conversation through various channels (links) and to learn the AI bot using records of the voice conversation. Artificial intelligence is revolutionizing business, organizational operations, lifestyles, and communication methods. Various informatization projects are underway to provide optimal services for the rapidly changing lifestyles of modern culture and the diverse, constantly evolving needs of customers. In particular, the rapid development of big data and deep learning technologies has led to the implementation of AI technologies applied to real life in specific fields, as well as being applied to intelligent personalized services that analyze specific data and integrate and utilize information from various fields specialized for individuals. AI chatbots incorporating such artificial intelligence technologies can engage in human-like conversations with users through natural language processing (NLP) and generative technologies. However, existing interactions between AI and humans have been focused solely on chat conversations or online text conversations. Consequently, there is a need for various methods that allow AI and humans to communicate in a more convenient and simple manner.
