KR-20260067711-A - TUBE TYPE CONTAINER
Abstract
The present invention relates to a tube-shaped container that facilitates the discharge of a residual amount of contents, and more specifically, to a tube-shaped container in which various contents (such as toothpaste, ointment, cosmetics, etc.) of liquid, liquid, gel, or cream types are stored, allowing the contents to be used completely without any residual amount remaining inside the container. To achieve the above objective, the tubular container according to the present invention comprises a tubular body having a lid for opening and closing a discharge port, wherein the tubular body is characterized by including a residual amount usage portion formed by cutting a portion thereof and a zipper for opening and closing the residual amount usage portion.

Description
Tube-type container that allows for the complete use of the contents The present invention relates to a tube-shaped container that facilitates the discharge of a residual amount of contents, and more specifically, to a tube-shaped container in which various contents (such as toothpaste, ointment, cosmetics, etc.) of liquid, liquid, gel, or cream types are stored, allowing the contents to be used completely without any residual amount remaining inside the container. Tube-shaped containers for storing various contents, particularly those containing liquids, gels, and creams, are widely used for a wide range of products such as toothpaste, ointments, and cosmetics. These tube-shaped containers are used by squeezing out the stored contents little by little, but when there is little content left, it is difficult to squeeze out and use the contents. In particular, since it requires a lot of force to completely squeeze the contents from the end of the tube container toward the lid, the elderly and children, among others, have no choice but to throw away the contents even if there is actually enough left to use. Tube-type containers with residual contents require internal cleaning during recycling, which not only increases disposal costs but also poses a problem of causing environmental pollution if they are not recycled and are simply discarded. FIG. 1 is a front view schematically illustrating the present invention. The present invention is capable of various modifications and may take various forms, and embodiments (aspects or examples) are to be described in detail in the text. However, this is not intended to limit the present invention to a specific disclosed form, and it should be understood that it includes all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the present invention. In each drawing, identical reference numerals, particularly those with identical tens and ones digits, or identical tens, ones, and alphabets, represent components having the same or similar functions; unless otherwise specified, the components referred to by each reference numeral in the drawing should be understood as components conforming to these criteria. In addition, in each drawing, the components are depicted with exaggerated sizes or thicknesses, or simplified, for the sake of ease of understanding; however, the scope of protection of the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited by this. The terms used herein are used merely to describe specific embodiments (aspects or examples) and are not intended to limit the invention. The singular expression includes the plural expression unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In this application, terms such as "comprising" or "consisting of" are intended to indicate the existence of the features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof described in the specification, and should be understood as not excluding in advance the existence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof. Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein, including technical or scientific terms, have the same meaning as generally understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. Terms such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries should be interpreted as having a meaning consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant technology, and should not be interpreted in an ideal or overly formal sense unless explicitly defined in this application. The terms "~1~," "~2~," etc., described in this specification are used merely to distinguish different components and are not bound by the order of manufacture; furthermore, the names may not match those in the detailed description of the invention and the claims. For convenience in describing the tubular container according to the present invention, a rough, non-strict directional standard is specified with reference to FIG. 1. The direction in which gravity acts is set downward, and the up, down, left, and right directions are determined as they appear. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the detailed description of the invention and claims related to other drawings, the direction is described by specifying it according to this standard. Hereinafter, a tubular container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. The present invention relates to a tubular container comprising a tubular body (10) having a lid (11) for opening and closing an outlet, as shown in FIG. 1. The above tubular body (10) includes a portion of the remaining amount used portion formed by cutting off a part of it, and a zipper (20) for opening and closing the remaining amount used portion. In the drawings of this specification, a tube-shaped body (10) primarily used for toothpaste is shown as a representative example, but it is sufficient if
