Abstract

The present invention relates to an insulating support for fixing disposable containers, characterized by an insulating support installed between a packaging container and another packaging container to block heat transfer between the packaging container containing hot food and other packaging containers containing hot or cold food, thereby preventing the stacked packaging containers from moving or shaking during delivery. By preventing heat transfer and shaking that may occur when transporting multiple packaging containers stacked together, the invention maximizes delivery efficiency and food quality. Furthermore, the insulating support blocks heat from the hot food contained in the packaging container located below from being transferred to other packaging containers stacked above, thereby allowing the food in each container to maintain its original temperature and reducing the possibility of food spoilage during the delivery process, thus enabling the food to be provided to consumers in a fresh and safe state.

  5. In paragraph 2, The above adhesive (12) is, A disposable container fixing insulation base characterized by having the same shape as the base body (11) and being the same size as the base body (11) or being formed smaller than the size of the base body (11).
  6. In paragraph 1 or 2, The above insulation base (10) is, A disposable container fixing insulation stand characterized by having printed business information including the logo, business name, phone number, and menu of the business that prepares the food contained in the packaging container (1).

Description

Disposable Container-Fixing Insulating Stand The present invention relates to an insulating support for fixing disposable containers, and more specifically, to an insulating support for fixing disposable containers that blocks heat transfer and ensures the stability of the packaging containers when stacking and transporting delivery packaging containers, thereby providing food to consumers in a fresh state, and stably fixes the stacked disposable packaging containers so that the disposable packaging containers containing food can be delivered to consumers in their original packaging state during delivery. Generally, when delivering food ordered from a restaurant, the container is usually wrapped with plastic wrap around the top and perimeter to prevent the liquid from overflowing. As such, most restaurants apply a method of wrapping food containers with plastic wrap by placing multiple layers of wrap over the container and pressing the wrap firmly along the perimeter of the container to prevent liquid from overflowing and to ensure quick packaging. This method has disadvantages, such as making it difficult and time-consuming to separate the wrap from the container. In addition, there is a problem in that the customer may be burned by hot soup or cut by sharp knives or scissors while separating the wrap by making a hole in the top of the wrap with a finger to tear it, or by using tools such as scissors or a knife to cut the wrap. To address the aforementioned problems, deliveries are currently being made using disposable containers; however, these containers are made of thin plastic material and lack adequate insulation. These containers have the problem of being difficult to maintain their original taste and shape when storing or transporting hot stews, soups, teas, etc., or cold kimchi, cold noodles, shaved ice, beverages, cold soups, etc., by stacking them. As a prior art document to improve these disadvantages, Published Patent Application No. (published Dec. 06, 2021) proposes a "disposable food packaging container for delivery." However, according to the aforementioned prior art, hot soup food or cooked food is placed inside a receiving body for delivery, but there is a disadvantage in that heat is transferred to other stacked foods by the heat of the food contained in the receiving body, causing the original taste to change. In addition, when delivery is made with packaging containers containing other food items stacked within disposable delivery containers, shaking occurs during transport, causing the food containers to tip over or get mixed up, which has the disadvantage of generating complaints from the customer receiving the food. FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an insulating support for fixing a disposable container according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the cross-sectional configuration of the insulating base for fixing the disposable container of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a state in which disposable containers are stacked by an insulating support for fixing disposable containers according to the present invention. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, detailed descriptions of known functions or known configurations that may obscure the essence of the invention in the following description and the accompanying drawings are omitted. Additionally, it should be noted that identical components throughout the drawings are indicated by the same reference numerals whenever possible. The terms and words used in the specification and claims described below should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, but should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention. Therefore, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention; thus, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace them may exist at the time of filing this application. The insulating support for fixing disposable containers according to the present invention is configured with an insulating support (10) installed between a packaging container (1) and a packaging container (2) to block heat transfer between a packaging container (1) containing hot food and another packaging container (1) containing hot or cold food, and to prevent the stacked packaging containers (1) from moving or shaking during delivery. The insulating support (10) blocks heat transfer between multiple packaging containers (1) and prevents mixing due to shaking and separation of the packaging container
