Description
Reading table holding various sizes of books The present invention relates to a reading stand capable of storing books of various sizes. Generally, a book stand positions books at the same height as the user's eye level, enabling reading in a stable and proper posture. In particular, for those who read for long periods, a book stand prevents rapid fatigue caused by poor posture and allows for effective, in-depth reading. Generally, reading stands include a pressure mechanism that presses down on a part of the book to prevent pages from turning unintentionally. Conventional reading stands are made of wooden boards or synthetic resin boards of a certain thickness, and in particular, the support part that holds the books is fixed, so they have the problem of being difficult to store books of various sizes. In Public Patent 10-2010-0099622, a reading stand having a movable and detachable pressure fixing part (publication date September 13, 2010), a pressure fixing part coupled to a support plate on which a book is placed is made to move freely left and right from the support plate so that the book page can be easily pressed regardless of the size of the book, and the reading stand is made convenient to carry and can be coupled by simple operation so that usability is improved. However, the reading stand having the movable and detachable pressure fixing part of Public Patent 10-2010-0099622 has the disadvantage of being inconvenient to turn the pages of a book because the pressure fixing part moves left and right from the bottom of the book and presses the book. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view illustrating a reading stand capable of storing books of various sizes according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a plan view showing an excerpt of the auxiliary support of Figure 1. Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II' of Figure 1. Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II' of Figure 1. The present invention described below is capable of various modifications and may have various embodiments. Specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail in the detailed description. However, this is not intended to limit the invention to specific embodiments, and it should be understood that it includes all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention. In describing the invention, detailed descriptions of related prior art are omitted if it is determined that such detailed descriptions may obscure the essence of the invention. The terms used in this patent are used merely to describe specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the invention. Singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In this patent, terms such as "comprising" or "having" are intended to specify the existence of the features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof described in the specification, and should be understood as not precluding the existence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof. Additionally, terms such as "first," "second," etc., may be used to distinguish and describe various components, but said components shall not be limited by said terms. These terms are used solely for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another. In addition, if at least two different embodiments are described in this patent, each embodiment may use all or part of its components in combination and mixed with one another without further description, as long as it does not deviate from the technical concept of the present invention. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view illustrating a reading stand capable of storing books of various sizes according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view illustrating an auxiliary support of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line I-I' of FIG. 1. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II' of FIG. 1. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a reading stand (100) capable of storing books of various sizes includes a support plate (10), a support (20), a main base (30), an auxiliary base (40), and a pressure member (50).
