Claims (4)
- A writing instrument body that accommodates a first writing instrument and a second writing instrument; An elastic member that elastically supports the first and second writing instruments; A push unit comprising a first push button disposed at the end of the writing instrument body for protruding the first writing instrument from the writing instrument body and a second push button for protruding the second writing instrument from the writing instrument body; and A dual writing instrument comprising a rotating member that rotates the above-mentioned push unit from the writing instrument body to detach the first and second writing instruments from the writing instrument body.
- In paragraph 1, The writing instrument body comprises a first insertion part into which the first writing instrument is inserted and a first locking part formed at one end to prevent the first writing instrument from coming off, and a second insertion part into which the second writing instrument is inserted and a second locking part formed at one end to prevent the second writing instrument from coming off. The elastic member comprises a first spring inserted into the first insertion part, one end of which is positioned in the first locking part and the other end of which engages with a first ring part formed in the first writing instrument, and a second spring inserted into the second insertion part, one end of which is positioned in the second locking part and the other end of which engages with a second ring part formed in the second writing instrument. The first push button, when pressed once, ejects the first writing instrument from the first insertion part and when pressed again, stores the first writing instrument in the insertion part. The second push button is a dual writing instrument that, when pressed once, protrudes the second writing instrument from the second insertion part and, when pressed again, stores the second writing instrument in the insertion part.
- In paragraph 1, The first and second writing instruments are formed in a rod shape, and The first writing instrument mentioned above is a mechanical pencil that uses a graphite lead used on paper, and The above-mentioned second writing instrument is a dual writing instrument including a smart pen used in a tablet.
- In paragraph 1, A dual writing instrument further comprising a locking device including a first locking device formed on the writing instrument body facing the above-mentioned pivot member and a second locking device formed on the push unit and locked to the first locking device.
Description
dual writing instruments The present invention relates to a dual writing instrument capable of using both a mechanical pencil containing a graphite lead applicable to paper and a smart pen applicable to a tablet PC. Generally, writing instruments can record characters, drawings, etc., on paper using graphite leads or ink, and writing instruments using graphite leads or ink have been widely used for a long time. Recently, smart pens without graphite leads or ink are being widely used to replace paper and can be applied to the display panels of portable computers such as tablet PCs and mobile phones. However, depending on the purpose of use, writing instruments using black ink or graphite leads and smart pens without ink must be used together, but there were many inconveniences in using them together. Korean Patent No. 10-1665730, Multi-purpose writing instrument having a touch pen function (Registration date: October 06, 2016), discloses a multi-purpose writing instrument that can accommodate multiple pen tips, such as multi-color ballpoint pens, and a pen tip having the function of a capacitive touch pen within a single casing. However, although the multi-purpose writing instrument having the above-mentioned touch pen function houses multiple pen nibs and a capacitive touch pen together within a single casing, it has the problem that parts of the pen nibs and the capacitive touch pen must be bent to withdraw them from the casing, and it is difficult to separate the pen nibs and the capacitive touch pen from the casing. FIG. 1 is a front view of a dual writing instrument according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of the dual writing instrument of Figure 1. FIG. 3 is a front view illustrating the attachment and detachment of writing instruments from the dual writing instrument in FIG. 1. The present invention described below is capable of various modifications and may have various embodiments. Specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail in the detailed description. However, this is not intended to limit the invention to specific embodiments, and it should be understood that it includes all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention. In describing the invention, detailed descriptions of related prior art are omitted if it is determined that such detailed descriptions may obscure the essence of the invention. The terms used in this patent are used merely to describe specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the invention. Singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In this patent, terms such as "comprising" or "having" are intended to specify the existence of the features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof described in the specification, and should be understood as not precluding the existence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof. Additionally, terms such as "first," "second," etc., may be used to distinguish and describe various components, but said components shall not be limited by said terms. These terms are used solely for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another. In addition, if at least two different embodiments are described in this patent, each embodiment may use all or part of its components in combination and mixed with one another without further description, as long as it does not deviate from the technical concept of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a front view of a dual writing instrument according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the dual writing instrument of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a front view illustrating the attachment and detachment of writing instruments from the dual writing instrument of FIG. 1. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the dual writing instrument (100) includes a writing instrument body (110), an elastic member (120), a push unit (130), and a rotating member (140). Reference number 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is a first writing instrument, and reference number 2 is a second writing instrument. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first writing instrument (1) and the second writing instrument (2) are formed in a rod shape, the first writing instrument (1) may be a mechanical pencil using a graphite lead capable of drawing characters or pictures on paper, and the second writing instrument (2) may include a smart pen used in tablet PCs, mobile phones, etc. The writing instrument body (110) accommodates the first writing instrument (1) and the second writing instrument (2). The writing instrument body (110) includes a first insertion part (112) formed in a size suitable for storing the first writing instrument (1), and a first locking part (113) is formed at one end of the first insertion part (112) that is close to the groun
