KR-20260067779-A - Water leisure boat
Abstract
The present invention relates to a water leisure boat formed to allow for buoyancy control, enabling the user to move between the water and the surface while on board. The objective of the present invention is to provide a water leisure boat that allows for safe boarding by automatically shutting off the engine if it is determined that the user has fallen off the boat or a safety accident has occurred, wherein the boat's body is formed in a shape similar to a ray to provide a sense of stability when the user is on board and driving, the boat's buoyancy is adjustable so that it can operate on the water surface or underwater by user operation, and the engine is automatically shut off if it is determined that the user has fallen off the boat or a safety accident has occurred. This results was supported by "Regional Innovation Strategy (RIS)" through the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) funded by the Education (MOE) (2021RIS-004).

Description
Water leisure boat The present invention relates to a water leisure boat, and more specifically, to a water leisure boat formed to allow buoyancy control, which can move between the underwater and surface waters while a user is on board. The leisure sports industry is one of the high value-added industries cited by the OECD as one of the most promising sectors of the 21st century, along with the culture industry. The growth of the leisure sports industry has been driven primarily by increased free time among modern people and growing desire and interest in leisure activities resulting from improved income levels and health promotion. Recently in Korea, as living standards have improved and interest in health and leisure activities has grown, the population enjoying various leisure activities has been steadily increasing. Along with this growth in the leisure population, there is a growing trend of diverse leisure activities using boats on water bodies such as rivers, lakes, and the sea. While the term "water surface" generally refers to the surface of water, it can be broadly understood to include activities underwater. Therefore, water leisure sports combine leisure sports with water activities and can be defined as "a collective term for sports, outdoor, artistic, and various health activities conducted on water by voluntary will during leisure time for the purpose of relaxation, health promotion, and self-development." Ocean leisure sports, a representative form of water leisure sports, are characterized by the fact that they require equipment and skills, making them difficult for just anyone to easily access. For example, surfing is a prime example of a water leisure sport enjoyed on the water's surface. In the case of surfing, a significant amount of practice is essential because one must start by practicing how to balance on a surfboard. In addition, skin scuba is a representative water leisure sport enjoyed underwater, but since obtaining a certification is also required, a lot of training is needed to acquire it. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a water leisure boat according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a water leisure boat according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a side cross-sectional view of a water leisure boat according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a side cross-sectional view of a buoyancy control unit of a water leisure boat according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a flowchart of the operation sequence of a control unit of a water leisure boat according to an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention as described above will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a water leisure boat according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the boat (10) of the present invention has a body (100) formed with a cross-section similar to that of a ray, which is a marine organism. The body (100) is formed with a boarding section (116) that allows a user to board, a starting section (111) that turns on the power of the boat (10), a control section (112) that allows a user to grip and steers the direction of travel, and an instrument panel (113) that outputs the speed of the boat (10), the remaining amount of the battery (114), etc. The body (100) is equipped with a battery (114) that supplies power to an electrical device constituting the boat (10), and includes a battery case (115) that prevents water from entering the battery (114). At this time, it is preferable that the battery case (115) be formed with a watertight structure to prevent water from entering the space where the battery is installed. A steering wing (117) horizontal to the water surface is provided at the rear of the body (100). The boat (10) is formed to be able to move up and down by the operation of the steering wing (117), so that the boat (10) can move and operate above and below the water surface. Referring to FIG. 2, the configuration of the boat (10) of the present invention will be described in more detail. FIG. 2 illustrates an exploded perspective view of a water leisure boat according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the body (100) is largely divided into an upper body (110), a middle body (120), and a lower body (130). A battery (114) is built into the upper body (110), a boarding section (116) for a user to board is formed, and a starting section (111), an operating section (112), and an instrument panel (113) are installed. A buoyancy control unit for controlling the buoyancy of the boat (10) is formed in the middle body (120). The buoyancy control unit includes a tank (121), a linear motor (122), a piston (123), and a pipe (124), and can control the buoyancy of the boat (10) by controlling the amount of water flowing into the tank (121) through th
