KR-20260067788-A - Guidance and notification system by AI-based digital humans
Abstract
The present invention relates to a guidance and notification system by an AI-based digital human, and more specifically, to a guidance and notification system by an AI-based digital human that manages access through digital guidance and conversation via interaction with an AI-based digital human in a building, and simplifies access procedures and enhances convenience by providing necessary information or guidelines to entrants. The present invention relates to a guidance and notification system by an AI-based digital human, comprising: a communication module that transmits and receives data to and from a user terminal of an entrant via a network; a storage module that stores the data; and a control module that controls the operation of the system in conjunction with the communication module and the storage module, wherein the control module: requests the installation of an application capable of accessing the system to the user terminal of an entrant who is permitted to enter the building, and provides an access authentication means and guidance information to the user terminal.

Claims (5)
- In an AI-based digital human guidance and notification system, A communication module that transmits and receives data to and from an entrant's user terminal via a network; A storage module that stores the above data; and A control module that controls the operation of the system by being linked with the communication module and the storage module; The above control module is: Requesting the installation of an application capable of accessing the above system on the user terminal of an entrant permitted to enter the building, and A guidance and notification system by an AI-based digital human that provides access authentication means and guidance information to a user terminal.
- In Article 1, The above control module is: Provides access authentication methods and guidance information to the user terminal during the period when building access is permitted, and An AI-based digital human guidance and notification system that stops providing access authentication means and guidance information to the user terminal and requests the deletion of the application when the period during which building access is permitted expires.
- In Article 1, The above guidance information is an AI-based digital human guidance and notification system that includes at least one of the following: a route to the visitor's destination, an estimated time required for movement, work materials, and personal identification information of work-related personnel.
- In Paragraph 3, The above control module is: A guidance and notification system by an AI-based digital human that activates the camera and speaker of a user terminal to provide the above guidance information in AR (augmented reality) and voice.
- In Paragraph 3, The above control module is: An AI-based digital human guidance and notification system that creates a digital human to provide the above guidance information and provides it to a user terminal.
Description
Guidance and notification system by AI-based digital humans The present invention relates to a guidance and notification system by an AI-based digital human, and more specifically, to a guidance and notification system by an AI-based digital human that manages access through digital guidance and conversation via interaction with an AI-based digital human in a building, and simplifies access procedures and enhances convenience by providing necessary information or guidelines to entrants. Existing access guidance systems primarily conveyed information to entrants through physical signage or simple digital displays. While such systems can quickly provide necessary information based on the needs of visitors or entrants, they often amounted to fixed information or one-way guidance. For example, guide signs installed near entrances can be used to direct users to specific locations or explain simple entry procedures, but it was difficult to expect personalized information or immediate responses based on the situation. Furthermore, while digital display methods can display information on the screen, they lack the ability to immediately change content based on the information the visitor wants or to respond to visitor questions through real-time conversation. Such non-interactive systems have the problem that users must navigate through multiple screens to accurately obtain the information they want, and may not receive appropriate guidance at the moment specific information is needed. Meanwhile, in large-scale buildings or facilities with complex structures, access guidance, access record management, and visitor recognition functions are essential. When visitors want to find a specific location within a building or know the route to important meeting rooms or departments, existing static digital guidance systems have limitations in providing intuitive guidance. Furthermore, when visitor authentication is required for security purposes, an active guidance system is needed that allows visitors to directly prove their identity or complete entry procedures, but current technology makes it difficult to meet this requirement. With the recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital human technologies enabling systems capable of conversing and interacting in a human-like manner, there is an increasing demand for access guidance systems that can provide personalized information and real-time interactive experiences to visitors, necessitating the development of technology to address this need.
