Description

Cloud computing system that identifies the themes and concepts of medical questions and generates secondary medical opinions based on a large language model, and its operation method The present invention relates to a cloud computing system and a method of operating the same, and more specifically, to a cloud computing system and a method of operating the same that identifies themes and concepts of medical questions based on a big language model and generates secondary medical opinions. The content described in this section merely provides background information regarding an embodiment of the present invention and does not constitute prior art. Patients often utilize portal site searches to assess their health status and learn about treatment methods and disease progression. However, portal sites contain an excessive amount of posted information, and despite the medical information requiring expertise, most of it is unverified. Consequently, it is difficult for non-expert patients to verify the accuracy of this information on their own, which can lead to unnecessary anxiety or incorrect judgments. Furthermore, because the information is publicly available, patients are unable to post direct and detailed information themselves. Therefore, technology is needed that enables patients to obtain professional information without worrying about the exposure of their personal medical data, and reduces the burden of liability for prescriptions on medical staff. To solve this problem, a cloud computing environment-based network service system and method for generating and managing secondary medical opinions regarding pseudonymized medical information have been disclosed, which provide users with secondary medical opinions corresponding to the personal opinions of medical professionals rather than prescriptions under the Medical Service Act, thereby allowing medical professionals to comfortably provide their expert views without bearing liability for prescriptions and enabling users to receive professional opinions without visiting multiple hospitals, etc. (Registered Patent No. 10-2510599). In such systems, medical professionals need to rapidly and accurately analyze large volumes of data to generate secondary medical opinions or assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. However, given the shortage of medical professionals and their heavy workloads, requiring them to directly analyze various data to generate secondary medical opinions—rather than to diagnose or treat patients visiting hospitals and clinics—places a significant burden on them. Consequently, this burden makes it difficult for users to access these secondary medical opinions. Therefore, there is a need to develop technology that reduces the burden on medical professionals regarding the analysis of diverse data and assists them in generating secondary medical opinions. The aforementioned background technology is technical information that the inventor possessed for the derivation of the present invention or acquired during the process of deriving the present invention, and it cannot be considered as publicly known technology disclosed to the general public prior to the filing of the present invention.
