Abstract
An embodiment of the present invention is intended to provide a material fall prevention storage device that can selectively fix or withdraw materials contained inside a storage box and prevent the storage box from falling from the angle frame by improving the state in which the storage box is mounted on the angle frame. The material fall prevention storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a mounting part having one side mounted on the angle frame of a steel tower, a storage part formed in the shape of a storage box with an open top so as to have a storage space containing a conductive material inside, provided at a position spaced apart from the mounting part, and a holding part provided in the storage part to prevent the material temporarily stored in the storage part from falling out.

Description
Material Fall Prevention Storage Apparatus The present invention relates to a material fall prevention storage device. When performing work on a transmission tower, a storage container for materials is mounted on the angle frame of the transmission tower and pulled out for use when necessary. However, there are frequent instances where materials fall due to worker negligence during work. For example, if a heavy material falls directly downward, it may not cause damage to a worker on the ground, but if the material hits an angle frame composed of multiple pieces, it may fall horizontally and cause an impact accident to a worker on the ground. Therefore, there is a need for the development of technology that can selectively fix or withdraw materials contained inside the storage box and prevent the storage box from falling from the angle frame. FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating a material fall prevention storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a state in which a material fall prevention storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on an angle frame. The technical terms used herein are for the reference of specific embodiments only and are not intended to limit the invention. The singular forms used herein include plural forms unless phrases clearly indicate otherwise. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a material fall prevention storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a mounting part (20), a storage part (10), and a holding part (30), and can selectively fix or withdraw materials contained inside the storage part (10), and can prevent the storage part (10) from falling from the angle frame (2) by improving the state in which the storage part (10) is mounted on the angle frame (2). The mounting portion (20) may be formed in a shape such that one side is mounted on the angle frame (2) of the steel tower. The mounting portion (20) may include a first support portion (20a) that supports one side of the angle frame (2), a second support portion (20b) that supports the other side of the angle frame (2), and a third support portion (20c) that connects the first support portion (20a) and the second support portion (20b) and supports the upper side of the angle frame (2). The first support portion (20a) may be extended downward by a predetermined first length from one side of the third support portion (20c). The second support portion (20b) may be extended downward by a predetermined second length from the other side of the third support portion (20c). The second length may be set to be longer than the first length. The storage section (10) may be formed in the shape of a storage box with an open top, having a storage space for accommodating a conductive material inside, provided at a position spaced apart from the mounting section (20). The storage section (10) can selectively fix or withdraw the material contained inside, and by stably supporting the mounting state of the storage section (10) through the mounting section (20), the storage section (10) can be prevented from falling from the angle frame (2). The storage section (10) can be fixed by hanging it on the angle frame (2), which is the main material of the steel tower, through the mounting section (20), which is formed as a hook type. The storage section (10) and the mounting section (20) may be formed as an integral unit. The storage s
