Description

Emergency support system for exhaust hood of restaurant The present invention relates to an exhaust hood that discharges smoke generated when grilling meat, etc., in a restaurant where a roaster is installed on each table to the outside, and to a device that can be used as an emergency replacement when the device for raising and lowering the exhaust hood is malfunctioning. In particular, it relates to an emergency support system for an exhaust hood for a restaurant configured to allow the exhaust hood to be used temporarily by installing it on the table easily and conveniently. Restaurants that serve grilled meat or grilled fish are equipped with individual roasters at each table, and an exhaust system is installed to exhaust the smoke generated when grilling food using the roaster to the outside. The above exhaust system is configured such that an exhaust duct is installed on the ceiling of the restaurant to forcibly discharge internal smoke to the outside, and a hood pipe is installed to inhale smoke generated from a roaster installed on each table and guide it to the exhaust duct. A corrugated pipe is installed in the section where the exhaust duct and the hood pipe are connected in order to adjust the vertical height of the hood pipe located above the roaster. In addition, a motor and a winding reel are installed inside the exhaust duct, and a hood tube is connected to the lower end of the wire wound on the winding reel so that the hood tube is raised and lowered by the wire. That is, the hood tube, whose height is adjusted by the operation of a wire, is positioned at the top of the roaster. It is used by adjusting its height, such as moving it to the bottom when a large amount of smoke is generated in the roaster initially, and moving it to the top when the roasting of the food is finished. In particular, when the roasting process is completed, the hood tube is moved to the top so that the view is not obstructed. As such, the hood tube can be moved up and down by means of a winding reel and a wire, but if the motor, winding reel, and wire fail, the hood tube cannot be adjusted up and down, so smoke generated from the roaster cannot be discharged, and consequently, a problem arises where the table cannot be used. The problem of being unable to use tables in a restaurant with limited space results in significant operational and economic losses. Due to the nature of restaurants, if a breakdown occurs during busy business hours, not only is it impossible to repair the aforementioned equipment, but if a breakdown happens while the table is already set, it causes chaos during the process of moving the tables. In particular, the above wire often breaks due to high-temperature smoke and oil, and serious problems occur, such as food on the table being spilled by the hood pipe falling unprotected. As mentioned above, even if massive commercial and economic losses occurred during restaurant operations due to motor and winding reel breakdowns or wire short circuits, there was no way to respond urgently, and ultimately, repairs had to be carried out after business hours had ended. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view illustrating the use state of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the state in which a hood tube is coupled to the support means of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of the support means of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a side view showing the usage state of the embodiment of FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a side view showing the usage state of the embodiment of FIG. 6. The structure of the present invention and the operation and effects thereof are described in detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows. As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention comprises a support means (10) to which a hood tube (1) is connected, a horizontal adjustment member (20) for adjusting the left and right lengths of the support means (10), an up and down adjustment member (30) for adjusting the horizontal adjustment member (20) up and down, and an installation member (40) having a clamp (50) fixed to its lower end for installation on a table (T). The above support means (10) is configured such that a support body (12) having a coupling space (11) on the inside is made of an elastic material, a passage (13) is formed on one side of the support body (12), and arc-shaped guides (14) are formed on both ends of the passage (13), and the hood tube (1) that has entered the coupling space (11) through the passage (13) is caught and supported by the support body (12). The above horizontal adjustment member (20) is configured to have an extendable rod (22) connected inside a fixed tube (21) formed long in the left-right longitudinal direction, and to fix one end of the extendable rod (22) to the support body (12) and to allo
