Abstract
[Title of Invention] Artificial intelligence business processing system and method using query scenario-based communication execution control [summation] The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based information processing system and method that controls communication with an external organization according to a query scenario generated by artificial intelligence, and provides business processing results by analyzing response data collected through the communication. The present invention, focusing on a technical structure that controls communication with an external organization, provides technical effects distinct from simple information provision or service provision. The present invention provides a sequential information processing structure distinguished from prior art by controlling the execution of communication with an external agency system according to a query scenario generated by artificial intelligence and automatically analyzing the communication result data. This enables complex branching, communication control, and structured follow-up processing flows beyond simple question-and-answer.

Description
Artificial Intelligence-Based Task Processing System and Method Using Query Scenario-Based Communication Execution Control Artificial Intelligence-Based Task Processing System and Method Using Query Scenario-Based Communication Execution Control The present invention relates to information processing technology using artificial intelligence (AI), and more specifically, to an information processing system and method that controls communication with an external organization according to a query scenario generated by artificial intelligence and analyzes the communication result data to produce a business processing result. In various business processing fields, repetitive question-and-answer exchanges with external systems or agencies are frequently required. Traditionally, personnel directly handled inquiries via telephone, email, or electronic civil complaint systems, and processed tasks by manually organizing the responses. Although AI-based consultation systems and chatbots have recently been introduced, they are mainly limited to providing pre-stored information or simple question-and-answer functions, and fail to provide technical means to systematically control actual communication with external organizations or to structure communication results to automatically determine subsequent processing flows. [Prior Art Literature] The following prior art has been reported in relation to the present invention. (Patent Document 1) US11361211B2 is a technology related to an artificial intelligence-based chatbot creation and communication system, which is configured to create a conversational model based on user data and interact with the user through it. (Patent Document 2) KR102604242B1 discloses a device and system for communicating with an external artificial intelligence model. This published patent includes a question-and-answer structure with an external artificial intelligence model, but does not disclose the query scenario-based communication execution ‘control’ and sequential response data analysis structure of the present invention. (Non-patent literature) General AI chatbot application systems are utilized in various fields such as finance and customer consultation, but most are limited to text-based question-and-answer or simple automatic response functions. These existing technologies do not include communication interactions with multiple institutions or functions that analyze collected response data to provide users with step-by-step administrative task processing guides. Therefore, while the aforementioned prior art technologies each have unique purposes and configurations, the present invention is technically differentiated in that it analyzes user work request information, interacts with administrative agencies via communication through an AI conversational bot, and ultimately provides a step-by-step administrative task processing guide by normalizing and analyzing collected responses. As such, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an integrated information processing system and method that overcomes the limitations of existing technologies and enables support for the automation of practical multi-step task processing. Furthermore, the prior art technologies do not include the function of generating a step-by-step task processing guide by having AI directly communicate with personnel at multiple administrative agencies based on user entrusted information, and by normalizing and structuring collected response data and combining it with expert review. Therefore, existing technology alone cannot resolve the problem of users having to repeatedly contact multiple agencies, or the inefficiency of administrative tasks caused by missing or confusing information, and an integrated system is needed to improve this. [Fig. 1] Fig. 1 is an overall system configuration diagram according to one embodiment of the present invention. [Fig. 2] Fig. 2 is a flowchart for generating query scenarios. [Fig. 3] Fig. 3 is a control flowchart for communication execution according to a query scenario. [Fig. 4] Fig. 4 is a flowchart of communication response data analysis. [Fig. 5] Fig. 5 is a flowchart of the output of business processing results using analysis results. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. The artificial intelligence processing unit (22) generates a query scenario (40) including query items (41) and branching conditions (42) according to the type of user request, wherein the query scenario (40) is generated as a control data structure that defines the order, conditions, and branching of communication execution. The communication control unit (23) controls the order and branching of communication execution with an external organization system (30) according to the control data defined in the query scenario (40), and determines the next communication execution or communication termination according to the response
