Description
Prefab House The present disclosure relates to a prefabricated house, and more specifically, to a prefabricated house equipped with home appliances. Prefab is an abbreviation of prefabrication and refers to a construction method in which components are manufactured in advance at a factory and completed on-site through simple assembly or attachment. A prefab house refers to a house built using this prefab method. Meanwhile, interest in second homes is increasing due to changes and diversification in lifestyles. For instance, people can purchase a cottage—a small house surrounded by nature—to reside in during weekends and vacations. Additionally, the rise of "workcations"—work and vacationing in the same location—is also contributing to this growing interest in second homes. Second homes are often built using prefabricated construction methods, and the increasing demand for such second homes is driving up the demand for prefabricated houses. Meanwhile, home appliances for residents are installed inside prefabricated houses. However, since construction companies are primarily responsible for producing and selling these houses, residents often purchase the necessary appliances themselves and install them inside the home. Therefore, since the entities responsible for designing the house and installing home appliances were different, there was a problem in that it was difficult to efficiently design the space while considering the living environment of the residents. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the exterior of a prefabricated house according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional perspective view along line II-II shown in FIG. 1, showing the interior of the first floor of a prefabricated house according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 3 is an interior side view showing the living room and kitchen side of a prefabricated house according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 4 is an interior side view showing the corridor and bedroom side of a prefabricated house according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Figure 5 is a rear cross-sectional view of the VV line shown in Figure 4. Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view of the front side of the VI-VI line shown in Figure 4. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional plan of line VII-VII shown in FIG. 5, representing the first floor plan. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional plan of line VIII-VIII shown in FIG. 5, representing a two-story plan. Figures 9 and 10 are conceptual diagrams showing the flow of air discharged from an indoor unit. FIG. 11 is a water piping system diagram of a prefabricated house according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 12 is a power system diagram of a prefabricated house according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Hereinafter, embodiments disclosed in this specification will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. Identical or similar components regardless of drawing symbols are given the same reference number, and redundant descriptions thereof will be omitted. The suffixes "module" and "part" used for components in the following description are assigned or used interchangeably solely for the ease of drafting the specification, and do not inherently possess distinct meanings or roles. In addition, when describing the embodiments disclosed in this specification, if it is determined that a detailed description of related prior art may obscure the essence of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, such detailed description is omitted. Furthermore, the attached drawings are intended only to facilitate understanding of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, and the technical concept disclosed in this specification is not limited by the attached drawings; it should be understood that they include all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the concept and technical scope of this disclosure. Terms including ordinal numbers, such as first, second, etc., may be used to describe various components, but said components are not limited by said terms. These terms are used solely for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another. When it is stated that one component is "connected" or "connected" to another component, it should be understood that while it may be directly connected or connected to that other component, there may also be other components in between. On the other hand, when it is stated that one component is "directly connected" or "directly connected" to another component, it should be understood that there are no other components in between. A singular expression includes a plural expression unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Referring to FIG. 1, a prefabricated house according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include an outer wall (10) that forms an exterior. The outer wall (11) may partition the exterior and interior spaces of the prefabricated house.
