The present application is intended to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Accordingly, the objective of the present application is to provide a battery pack in which a first battery module and a second battery module are arranged, thereby improving the space utilization and capacity of the battery pack, as well as improving the structural strength of the battery pack and facilitating the assembly of the battery pack. Another objective of the present application is to provide a vehicle employing the battery pack described above.
