Claims (8)
- 1. A sheet of electrical steel containing as a chemical composition, in wt.%:
- Si 2.5-3.9 Al 0.001-3.0 Mn 0.05-5.0 Fe and impurities rest,
- in this case, an insulating coating containing a curing accelerator is formed on one or both surfaces.
- 2. The electrical steel sheet according to claim 1, wherein the curing accelerator comprises an active component that accelerates anaerobic curing, selected from titanium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, silver, vanadium, molybdenum, ruthenium and combinations thereof.
- 3. A method for producing a bonded and packaged core for producing a bonded and packaged core by performing press processing on a strip steel sheet using press processing oil applied to one surface or both surfaces thereof, applying an adhesive to one surface of the strip steel sheet to obtain a plurality of steel sheet components, and stacking and binding the steel sheet components, wherein the strip steel sheet is an electrical steel sheet according to claim 1 or 2.
- 4. A method for producing a bonded and packaged core according to claim 3, wherein the steel sheet components include a first steel sheet component and a second steel sheet component, the method includes a first step of preparing the first steel sheet component including an insulating coating on a first surface; a second step of preparing a second steel sheet component including an insulating coating, a pressing oil applied to the insulating coating, and an adhesive applied to the pressing oil on a second surface; a third step of applying and bonding the first steel sheet component and the second steel sheet component so that the first surface and the second surface face each other.
- 5. A method for producing a bonded and packaged core according to claim 3, wherein the steel sheet components include a third steel sheet component and a fourth steel sheet component, and the method includes a fourth step of preparing the third steel sheet component, including an insulating coating and a press-processing oil applied to the insulating coating on a third surface; a fifth step of preparing a fourth steel sheet component, including an insulating coating, a press-processing oil applied to the insulating coating, and an adhesive applied to the press-processing oil on the fourth surface; and a sixth step of applying and bonding the third steel sheet component and the fourth steel sheet component so that the third surface and the fourth surface face each other.
- 6. A method for manufacturing a bonded and packaged core according to any one of paragraphs 3-5, wherein the bonded and packaged core is a stator for a rotating electric machine.
