- An expression cassette for expressing a gene encoding a protein in Ogataea haglerorum yeast, comprising a promoter, a signal peptide, a gene encoding a protein, a transcription terminator, a selectable marker, a HARS sequence, and an integration region, characterized in that the promoter used is the promoter of the MOX gene encoding methanol oxidase, obtained from Ogataea haglerorum yeast and having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, and the signal peptide used is the pre-pro-sequence of the sex factor α OhMFα, obtained from Ogataea haglerorum yeast and having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2.
