A method for preventing scarring of the outflow tracts of intraocular fluid during antiglaucoma operations, characterized in that before performing sclerectomy, the conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule are separated from the sclera in the area of localization of the future rectangular superficial scleral flap and 2-3 mm in both directions, exposing the sclera, performing coagulation of the vessels if necessary, after which, in the second stage, the conjunctiva is separated from Tenon's capsule above the place of formation of the rectangular superficial scleral flap and 2-3 mm in all directions and the isolated section of Tenon's capsule is excised, then the antiglaucoma operation is performed according to the selected technique with sealing of the conjunctival incision wound with suture(s) to the limbus.
