Claims (20)
- 1. A liquid pharmaceutical composition for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases caused by viral infections, containing 2-(imidazol-4-yl)ethanamide pentanedioic-1,5 acid in the form of a solution with a concentration of at least 60 mg/ml, at least one organic solvent and an ionizing agent, wherein 2-(imidazol-4-yl)ethanamide pentanedioic-1,5 acid and the ionizing agent in the pharmaceutical composition are in a molar ratio of 5:1 to 1:5.
- 2. A pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, characterized in that 2-(imidazol-4-yl)ethanamide pentanedioic-1,5 acid and an ionizing agent are selected in a ratio of 1:0.85 to 1:1.
- 3. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the ionizing agent is selected from the group comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic acid, a pharmaceutically acceptable organic acid, a pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic base, and a pharmaceutically acceptable organic base.
- 4. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 3, characterized in that the ionizing agent is selected from the group including
- a pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic acid, such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid;
- a pharmaceutically acceptable organic acid, such as methanesulfonic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, succinic acid, citric acid, malic acid, maleic acid, salicylic acid, phthalic acid;
- a pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic base, such as potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, aqueous ammonia;
- a pharmaceutically acceptable organic base which is an organic amine, amino alcohol or amino acid with one or more amino groups, for example, methylamine, ethylamine, ethanolamine, dimethylamine, diethanolamine, triethylamine, triethanolamine, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, meglumine, lysine, procaine, ethylenediamine, EDTA.

The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of alcohols and their ethers, ethylene glycol and its ethers, diethylene glycol and its ethers, triethylene glycol and its ethers, polyethylene glycol and its ethers, glycerin and its ethers, and fats and oils of vegetable origin and mixtures thereof.
- 6. The pharmaceutical composition according to paragraph 5, characterized in that the organic solvent is selected from the group including:
- C 2 -C 6 alcohols and their ethers: ethanol, ethoxyethane, propanol, isopropanol, ethoxypropane, butanol, ethoxybutane, pentanol, hexanol and their structural isomers;
- ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol and their ethers: ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoisopropyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether;
- polyethyleneglycols and their ethers: PEG 400, PEG 600, MPEG 350, MPEG 400, MPEG 550, MPEG 600.
- glycerol;
- fats and oils of vegetable origin: sunflower oil, olive oil, corn oil, soybean oil, almond oil, flaxseed oil, beech oil, rapeseed oil, sea buckthorn oil, nut oil, mustard oil, sesame oil, peanut oil;
- and their mixtures.
- 7. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it additionally contains a solubilizer.
- 8. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 7, characterized in that it additionally contains a solubilizer, which is a non-ionic surfactant.
- 9. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 8, characterized in that the non-ionic surfactant is selected from the group including
- fatty alcohols: cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, oleyl alcohol;
