Claims (6)

  1. 1. A circulating device for cleaning air and collecting dust during magnesite processing, comprising a dust collector, characterized in that the device uses a fan fixed to the outer surface of the dust collector in its upper part on the right, the inlet pipe of the fan is rigidly connected to the disk of the air intake by means of a tube, the outlet pipe of the fan is rigidly connected to the internal cavity of the dust collector in the area of the bottom of the dust collector by means of a shunt tube, in the area of the bottom the dust collector is also rigidly connected to a water pump, the outlet pipe of the water pump is rigidly connected to a filter box located in the upper part of the dust collector, on the left in the upper part of the filter box on the outer surface there is an opening for a pin, the pin movably connects the left part of the filter box to the left part of the cover, the left end of the described pin is rigidly connected to the pin spring, the upper part of the internal cavity of the filter box is rigidly connected to the partition, which in its middle part is connected to the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge is movably attached to the lower part of the cover using a U-shaped clamp, at two points this U-shaped clamp is fixedly connected to the pressure springs located between two points of the U-shaped clamp and two points on the upper surface of the filter cartridge.

A device for cleaning air and collecting dust during the processing of magnesite according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the fixation of the air intake disk is ensured by the fact that the right part of the outer surface of the dust collector on top, the fan and the left part of the air intake disk are fastened with a support rod.

A device for cleaning air and collecting dust during the processing of magnesite according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the increased tightness of the contact between the cover and the filter box is ensured by installing a rubber gasket, the lower part of which is fixedly connected to the upper part of the filter box, and the upper part of the rubber gasket is movably connected to the lower part of the cover.

A device for cleaning air and collecting dust during the processing of magnesite according to paragraph 1, characterized in that a fixing frame is fixedly secured in the upper part of the dust collector on the right, and an air filter is fixedly installed in the middle part of the fixing frame between the fixing frame and the right wall of the dust collector, while a collection box is located in the lower part of the fixing frame, and vibration motors are rigidly secured in two places on the surface of the air filter.
  5. 5. A device for cleaning air and collecting dust during the processing of magnesite according to paragraph 1, characterized in that in two places of the partition there are sockets in which the lower ends of the U-shaped clamp are movably placed.
  6. 6. A device for cleaning air and collecting dust during the processing of magnesite according to paragraph 1, characterized in that brake rollers are movably attached to the bottom of the dust collector from the outer surface by means of bearings, and the number of brake rollers is equal to four.
