- The method for determining the speed of a device and the object on which it is installed relative to outer space (the Universe) consists of initially recording the trace of a light beam in the center of the screen, then, after rotating the device 360 degrees, recording the position of the trace at the position of maximum displacement from the initial position, by which the direction of the beam displacement vector relative to the initial position of the trace on the screen is determined, and by the diameter of the circle, its value is determined from the calculation formula.
