Claims (7)
- 1. A method for obtaining a modified extract of eucalyptus leaves, characterized in that raw materials in the form of whole two-year-old leaves of Eucalyptus viminalis Labill and/or Eucalyptus globulus Labill are loaded into an extractor, filled with ethyl acetate, and 2-3 successive extractions are carried out at room temperature for 5 to 7 hours, after each extraction the extract is partially evaporated and cooled, then a 2-3% solution of zinc sulfate is added to the extract and stirred for 3 to 5 hours, then the organic phase, having been previously separated from the aqueous phase, is filtered and evaporated, then the residual amount of ethyl acetate is removed by adding ethyl alcohol and evaporation.
- 2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the evaporation is carried out on a rotary evaporator under vacuum.
- 3. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the room temperature is a temperature in the range of 18-24°C.
- 4. A pharmaceutical composition having antibacterial, fungicidal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity, characterized by the presence of a modified extract of eucalyptus leaves obtained by the method according to paragraph 1, decamethoxin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, eucalyptus essential oil in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
- Modified eucalyptus leaf extract 15-16 Decamethoxin 5-10 PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 64-75 Eucalyptus essential oil 5-10
- 5. A pharmaceutical composition according to claim 4, characterized in that the active substances form nanomicelles in which the outer shell consists of an essential oil molecule in which eucalyptus extract and decamethoxin are dissolved.
- 6. A pharmaceutical composition according to paragraph 5, characterized in that the particle size of the active substances is 50-100 nm.
