Claims (1)

  1. A qubit, which is a SQUID located between two plates of a plane-parallel capacitor, is measured in a cylindrical resonator at a frequency of 5.6 GHz, coupled to the resonator by the electromagnetic waveguide mode TE 115 , measurements are made using the dispersion readout method, the spectrum is obtained using the single-tone spectroscopy method, the spectrum contains a flux dispersion displaying the process of changing the quantum state of the qubit depending on the external magnetic field, the resonance frequency changes with a change in the distance of the superconducting part of the qubit from the center of the waveguide, which allows for the simultaneous measurement of several qubits.
